I love the membership best buy offered me is so good

This membership is a great value. I was able to get multiple TV's mounted for less than the cost of one TV mounting plus you get all of the other membership benefits.

So far its saved me money so we will see if it pays for itself

Dont normally have things break and the price difference is not worth the price. Honestly the subscription needs special deals or multi day ahead sales before others can buy them out. I dont plan to renew. Have not found anything to benefit me

I think the ink was a good choice and I am glad I purchased it

This is definitely worth the money. I was even able to call support and get help with my printer and Apple computer and I have had these 2 items for several years and they were not even purchased from Best Buy.

This membership makes it so convenient to call when I have an issue using my computer. No hassles or charges per problem.

Worth every dime especially if you had old computers. Was thinking about upgrading to Apple but after talking to Geek Squad decided to refurb and it saved me tons of money. But it once and it’s applicable to all your computers in your household. It’s a no brainer

Great value in today's technical driven world. Purchasing new equipment and updating and or maintaining existing devices is not much of a worry when you have the Best Buy Total

Worthwhile if you need service, offers peace of mind

Considering the computers repaired since we purchased the plan, this plan has more than paid for itself. I shop at the store in San Marcos, CA and I've been super satisfied in and with all departments. Courteous, and friendly and knowledgeable personnel with a willingness to assist. Benefits are crazy good!

This is proving to be a no-brainer for me! It’s so easy to drop off what needs to be done and use my time for something higher up on my priority list! Nice, courteous, easy going staff with more tech knowledge than me.

I paid for this membership only to be told later that the Geek Squad’s plan to add memory to my laptop was not possible. I even purchased the Samsung Evo Plus that THEY recommended. I could used the money I spent on the plan and the parts they recommended to purchase a new computer instead!

We've been holding off on this membership for a few years now. Should've made this move years ago. LOL! Completely worth the annual fee to protect your purchases and remove the frustrations of products failing.

This Protection Plan has definitely come in handy with our electronics. Whenever we’ve had an issue or problem, it was taking care of. Overall I would definitely recommend this Plan.

Excellent customer service and made the purchase easy. The person assisting me listened to what I was looking for and made sure I got what was best. I have had this membership before and it was better to deal with than Apple Care.

The membership value great, especialy the protection plan when you buy an expensive things such laptop and devices, it recomonded to have a protection plan and also the geek squad service is great.

I wasn’t aware of this until the associate at the store told me and so happy he did! I really appreciate all his help in purchasing all the items when I was there, besides he was knowledgeable he gave us the best customer service!
