So far, it's done nothing for me. If I ever actually use it, I'll update my review, but I'm not expecting to use it. I thought I might for wall-mounting and installing a new TV, but after reading the reviews on how third party installers are used that don't have a clue what they're doing, and the damage they've caused to homes and folks' new TVs, I won't be using them to install anything. I believe I probably wasted nearly $200 on this meaningless membership.

This service is excellent for the technically challenged. Always been satisfied with service given.

If I could give less than one star, I would. We were forced to pay PRIOR to any work being done on our computer. Not only was the problem with our computer not fixed, but it was completely misdiagnosed and we were forced to buy parts (and have them installed) that weren’t even broken! When we went in to pick up the computer (the second time), we continued to get the “blue screen of death,” which leads us to believe no work had been done. Reaching the Geek Squad (and the Best Buy store at all) via phone is virtually impossible. I was disconnected multiple times, no matter what option I chose on the phone. Even store employees gave us their direct phone number - and extension - but said no one Dan get through on the phone. This is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and the biggest waste of money ever. We will be requesting a refund because no services were even provided. We are completely dissatisfied and will not be supporting Best Buy with any future purchases. Zero stars.

This membership is actually worth it. You will save money if you have to return something like a camera or a drone cuz they have a 25% restocking fee that it waves when you return it. Paid for itself on a drone I had to return.

I love the unmatched value of the 2 year warranty on some products along with included computer services pays for its self. Then when I saw the apple care it was a done deal.

Excellent work by the folks out there in El Cajon they did an awesome job explaining the warranty with simplicity and professionalism. I’ve just bout my second tv, and it brings peace to know any thing I buy from the store is immediately covered upon purchase.

Im a regular Best Buy customer, having a Total Membership gives me free access to services, tech support and warranty. A must to have for peace of mind.
