This membership was by far the best decision the value of never worrying when a product stops working that they will help fix the problem is worth it.

I really do not know what perks I get with this for the price they charge. Possibly the only part t I have used for this is the extended return period. Seems over priced product for what you receive as a service.

The membership is great because the fact of manner.If anything ever goes wrong with your product, you can get it.Return it and get a new one or a technician who will come out and work on it for you

Worth the price! Have already had to use geek squad twice and it was so easy. Didn’t even have to come to a location. Great and I mean GREAT knowledgeable team members working.

In my opinion, the biggest mistake Best Buy has made in recent years is not explaining the scope of Geek Squad services, value and ease of use of those service's. Best money I’ve spent in a while.

This is the 3rd year we have purchased it. I enjoy being able to take our computers there for a tune up. It also like knowing that items I buy will be protected. We purchase a lot more from Best Buy because of the protection.
