The value so far is worth it because the price for the year was similar to what i was about to buy on a protection plan for 2 large purchases and i've already used it for Christmas presents to be shipped to the house.

Since Best Buy price matches all of the other major retailers, I always get to take advantage of the extra stuff that comes with my membership, like the 2 year warranty and 60 day returns

We like to frequently buy from Best Buy and so it makes better financial sense to have a Best Buy Total membership versus paying for warranty plans for each purchase. We've definitely saved money with the Total membership.

Membership was sold to me in lieu of buying an extended warranty. Come to find out later that it in fact does NOT cover items beyond the manufacturer's warranty, it merely provides a small discount on repairs. Best Buy was our go to for so many years, and this pricey and blatant money grab to mimic online-only retailers falls way short. We're sad to spend our $ elsewhere.

This was a big help to have for setting up my new TV i purchased and its a good feeling I can call them with other issues. But unfortunately I called them about an issue with my new Laptop but got someone I couldnt understand well so i got frustrated and just called HP instead.
