First time I ever bought a membership and I was so pleasantly surprised! Significant savings on two appliances, installation fees waived, free delivery and protection plan for 2 years. Who knew?! Savings more than paid for membership fee.

The geek squad helped me find a new computer, transfered all my data from old compter, added extra icons and short cuts, answered all of my questions. I went back for a 20 minutes Q and A and they walked me through and soved all my problems and were helpful and patient.

I got this when I purchased a Macbook. The applecare would have been $250ish, but the TotalTech package was only $200 and included free Applecare on all apple products I purchase, plus everything else. I haven't used it, but if you are buying apple products and applecare it is a no brainer.

Never again. Sales person was all positive about how your computer and other items could be repaired in store. The REALITY is that they CAN'T repair your computer in the store unless it's a simple software issue or basic memory, transfer data task, etc. The motherboard for my computer (purchased at Best Buy) crashed and they wanted to charge me $85 to SEND my computer to their central repair facility to CHECK STOCK ON A PART because they have no way of communicating with their central facility inventory. If they DON'T have the part and CAN'T fix the computer, they send it back to you (unrepaired) and you are out the $85! I've never heard of anything so ridiculous in my entire life. Also, the "discount" you get as a member is not on all items. No more $185 membership for me.

Purchased Total Tech, this membership comes with a lot of great perks! The savings are great and i love that warranty is included on items tou buy when youre a Total Tech member! Definitey recommend if you are consistent with shopping at Best Buy

Absolutely so glad I bought this. I purchased a 1000 dollar drone and had it for a few weeks then crashed it into a telephone pole and I brought it into the store and then a few days later I got a brand new one in the mail it was so easy

This is an amazing value! It covers all my hardware. And even covered free delivery and set up on 2 newly purchased large TVs. Would of been more than the annual membership fee
