As always the Geek Squad did everything we needed. Transferred our data. installed the shield on the iphone and the otter box on the ipad. Cameron was very friendly and knowledgeable! It is so nice to know I have coverage on all my devices and all the help I need!

This membership is a real value. Member prices, Jus unlimited Geek Squad support are great. Also, love the peace of mind of getting protection plans on our purchases!

Good value, can upgrade my laptop with free maintanence too. Makes me buy most electronic hardware at best buy now for protection so i see how it benefits them but it was less than a 2 year protection on 1200 laptop

This membership provides reasonable value. The immediate benefits are not that great however, if you buy several things over the year the payback is there especially if you normally pay for apple care.

Overall, I am very pleases with this subscription. I have been able to get any tech issues resolved within a very timely manner. I would absolutely recommend to anyone that is a frequent flyer of Best Buy :)

It's so wonderful to have an yearly subscription that gives peace of mind in all the purchases. Never worried about wrong choice. There is plenty of time to return or exchange, plus added protection plans!

Money well spent, they are always ready to help, very patient with us who don’t understand the new technology. They helped my wife set up her computer and transfer files from an old computer to a new one. They installed all the anti-virus protections.

I really appreciate the Best Buy Totaltech. They helped me through some difficult issues when a scammer tried to steal info from my pc last year. AND the delivery and install is a winning feature. I certainly hope they don’t discontinue that!!
