So Total has assisted me with swveral appliance purchases. I've taken advantage of numerous special proces for total members and likely saved more than I spent on the membership. I do recommend it.

The Geek squad support has been incredibly helpful in many ways. they have fixed my old computer and given me a lot of needed information. Their patience and skill gives me peace of mind which is important after dealing with an earlier hacking.

This is a good service, albeit a little steep in price. Only invest in this if you are a frequent Best Buy buyer and have products with them that last more than a year (game consoles, PCs, etc.)

I had my previous laptop broken but Total membership provided flawless experience for copying my previous harddisk to new laptop very easy. The support was fast and service was seamless. Loving it!!

This membership gave me peace of mind during my first year in college. I bought a television, a macbook pro, headphones and air purifier. In college, bad stuff happens but its always good to know Best buy got my back in all my products.

I've had this program for several years now. I can't imagine not having this service. It's not always convenient to take my laptop to the shop and this helps me avoid that.

I used it when I signed up and it paid for itself. Now that my Webroot mysteriously vanished from my computer I'll be using it again to have the tech's figure out what happened.
