We love this plan, they cover a variety of different electronics that we have.

I get value out of my membership, I usually swap out my headphones with warranty and it's free! Otherwise I would pay each time I've exchanged it, and I've already exchanged my headphones 5+ times and counting

This turned out to be a bargain. By buying it, the installation and delivery charge were taken off bill, saving over $350. The TV is now protected for longer in cause we hslave an issue. The membership is good for any repair including computers

Everyone has been very helpful so far and we have saved money using the program. I was in IT in the past, but I no longer keep the tools around to upgrade and work on my equipment. This solves that issue for me.

I have been a bit disappointed. The geek squad came to my home to evaluate my system for cutting the cable cord. When I attempted streaming I often had interruptions. They recommended that I call my provider to upgrade my router. That was done, but there was no improvement

This has been a great membership to have. Very good service all around for my new tv and sound system. Also, think it is great that it provides warranty.

This membership is great!! Not only covers my desk-top, but also my tablet. Also, my roommate's lap-top get covered I make sure I get my desk-top at least once a year. Puts my mind at ease.

I needed to use my warranty for the first time today, we had purchased multiple appliances at once, a very large order. It’s only been a couple of years since we purchased these items. Today, a piece fell off of my dishwasher and I needed to ask for help. I found out that there is a service fee just for them coming out, you have to pay to even get a technician assigned - they won’t schedule it with payment. They advertise 24/7 tech-support, but it’s going to be a week before someone can come out. Also, it was implied when I was talking to the service agent that if it was my fault, which it wasn’t, they wouldn’t cover it. The overall experience, has been pretty poor. I’m happy to update when someone finally shows up, I’m hoping that they are able to fix it. And on another note, I think I understand why people advise against buying Samsung products.

So far so good. Nothing bad to say yet. Customer service was really great.
