By far the best Tech membership, you can buy covers all your products especially TVs AV equipment down to your microwave to an Nintendo switch or a tonal. It’s amazing.

I hope this "membership" will be a valuable purchase. I am not sure as to what services are included as I was initially told that any items I own would be covered and I am not sure that is a true statement; I called to have an item I did purchase from Best Buy several months but was unable to install it myself would be covered. The agent did install it for me but pointed out it really was not covered since it had been purchased some months before.

Being a my Best Buy Total member for all my tvs, iPhones and IPads has kept all things running and allows the Geek Squad to address problems while on line

I needed to use my warranty for the first time today, we had purchased multiple appliances at once, a very large order. It’s only been a couple of years since we purchased these items. Today, a piece fell off of my dishwasher and I needed to ask for help. I found out that there is a service fee just for them coming out, you have to pay to even get a technician assigned - they won’t schedule it with payment. They advertise 24/7 tech-support, but it’s going to be a week before someone can come out. Also, it was implied when I was talking to the service agent that if it was my fault, which it wasn’t, they wouldn’t cover it. The overall experience, has been pretty poor. I’m happy to update when someone finally shows up, I’m hoping that they are able to fix it. And on another note, I think I understand why people advise against buying Samsung products.

I've kept my membership, plus Geek squad since my first purchase. Saves a lot of money, but most importantly saves a ton of worry. Go to the store, or call Geek Squad and problems solved.

I like it because you already have good discounts and benefits for being a member

Great for the money and use of the services and perks.

Overall the help has value but the wait to get help on the phone can be hours. About 1/3 of the time after waiting an hour or more the person who answers the hone can’t help but they will schedule someone to call me back tomorrow. The people seem knowledgeable but I have trouble understanding them. Hard to communicate.

We had Tommy and Cole out for a new Sony XR TV upgrade to an oldie but goodie home theater system here in Bend Oregon. They were an awesome team: astute, polite, and on time. Reprogrammed a Harmony 655 universal remote and every thing works like magic. Geek Squad Victory!

I buy most of my tech and gadgets from vest buy. I always pay for individual warranty and it was costing me money. With this one time payment a year all my purchases are coverd and it will eventually pay for itself

Love Best Buy and the variety of things they have in the store. They are so easy to work with and the staff is very helpful.

Pretty much what the title says. If Best Buy is your go to place to buy tech or other miscellaneous items, then its definitely worth it if you plan on getting your money back on the exclusive sales offers
