Geek Squad earned their pay on this one! They went above and beyond in trying to repair a defective, new laptop. We have had good results whenever we have needed advice or repairs.

You cannot beat having this protection. We consider our house to be a "Best Buy" house, so much in here has come from there. I know I am protected having Best Buy Total membership!

I've used phone help twice now and it's been great. Help is no hassle and immediate and solved both problems (that had stopped me in my tracks). Looking to use them soon to upgrade one of my laptops to WIN11.

Seems like everything I need done on my electronics, I get a "totaal" discount for using my BB memebership.

I never once used this. For me it was a waste to get. I guess if i was tounger with a family and things had more of a chance to break down ect.. than it would be a good buy it wasn't for me.

The membership program helps with all your purchases through Best Buy through the whole year. It will save you money in the long run when purchasing products from their stores they offer a great savings and great deals for being a tech member.

Renew every year never have insurance on my house and never use that either but I am protected

I purchased this plan for added protection. Being able to get better prices on items is a plus. Also being able to get delivery and setup is a added bonus.

Absolutely love this. I purchased a computer and I needed to return it but I was in the hospital for 2 weeks and the normal return window expired at 15 days. Because I had this I was given 60 to return it. It really saved me.
