Great value for what it all includes. Extra warranty for my TVs and AppleCare included for all Apple products (which I would normally buy anyways), plus fast shipping and discounts on items.

I love this Total Tech membership. They are there when you need them. So far all my purchases have included a protection plan from Best Buy! Its great to have the peace of mind!

Not especially happy with the membership program.. It would really be nice if at least it allowed for delivery charges to be free. Purchased a microwave recently and when all the additional charges were added up, the cost of the microwave doubled.

I really do love total tech it’s been very nice being able to get all the perks whenever I buy Apple products or anything from Best Buy and know that I have insurance basically if anything happens to my products.

This is a great membership for all the equipment and appliances. I only wish it covers installation of televisions without a huge $250 cost factor for installation.

I didn’t like the fact they changed alot of the perks but after getting total tech again I found that its still the same. The app perks the makes up for it.

Its worth the money when your having issues with the computer you bought and that is not because its Best Buys fault !! They are very helpfull and its worth the money paid for the membership!!!!!!!

I love how I don’t have to spend money on individual protection plans. I love how it gives me access to exclusive pricing for different products throughout the store and online.

Was getting a dishwasher installed and purchasing total tech was a no brainer. For an extra $20 this year i got the dishwasher installed + extended protection. This also paid for other installs and protection on other purchases so far.

It's good to have a protection when troubles comes with our computers or cellphone. Technician are able and they are very helpful in fixing the problems of our computers.

Never know when you will need that extra protection on devices also great to be able to reach out and get help at any time

Anyone who has a computer, needs this. This is a major plus. This will help you a great deal when faced with a serious problem with your computer.. it is a must have.

The Geek Squad at Cedar Park store are very helpful. And. they do not make me feel dumb. I appreciate this. I think I will keep this and use it when needed.

I miss the Lycoming Mall store. Wish they'd move back now that it's under new ownership. It's quite a drive to Selinsgrove for help/service.

I don’t usually like memberships like this but this one is just too good to pass on, the geek squad support is great for repairs as well as the online assistance, and all the other perks!

Membership is good but not a great value. Costs are high given benefits are rare. Each store has a reason why membership benefits do not count for this or that transaction.

I love having this membership as I can shop for many items on Best Buy and get a really good discount on them, it is by far one of the best memberships I have ever boughten.
