The prices and support through this program are pretty good, I like knowing that whatever I purchase I can have a bigger window to return or get help fixing the items.

This would be better value if you have purchased lots of devices from BestBuy and need lots of basic help with computers. Wish I hadn't gotten it because it replaced the basic coverage i had on two items. Now I'm stuck in this loop until the items are old enough. The computer help is limited. I do recommend the individual warranties like I previously had on sound canceling headphones--that was definitely worth the money.

Double your purchase warranty for 24 months instead of the normal year warranty with Total Tech.Help me with install surround sound with several wall mount for four rooms with adjustable turning and tilting tv mounts.

I got some speakers installed and was told this would cover all components even ones that weren't purchased from Best Buy. This was incorrect. This only covers installations of Best Buy products

With every purchase that I make at Best Buy I always add Total Tech protection. It’s been amazing & the Greek Squad has not disappointed me at all. Please keep up the excellent job! Thank you

The plan is only worth it for the tech support and if you purchase a lot of Apple products. I would not recommend this membership over their extend warranty which you could get just for one product for up to 3 years.

This plan gives you a piece of mind , especially when something goes wrong , just call them set an appointment and bam that’s all , they come and fix whatever
