I got some speakers installed and was told this would cover all components even ones that weren't purchased from Best Buy. This was incorrect. This only covers installations of Best Buy products

This plan gives you a piece of mind , especially when something goes wrong , just call them set an appointment and bam that’s all , they come and fix whatever

The plan is only worth it for the tech support and if you purchase a lot of Apple products. I would not recommend this membership over their extend warranty which you could get just for one product for up to 3 years.

It's really valuable for appliance and tech purchases.

Its really good but the price is little more as compared to other similar products in the market. The good thing is that it supports other products also which you biy from Best Buy.

Great option when buying some new piece of tech. Maximize the benefit by taking advantage of the discounts.

Holding out until see some use. As I am waiting on service of dishwasher schedule was 2 weeks out and then got cancelled / rescheduled. So we will see once I get dishwasher looked at how service is

I have had the Totaltech membership for quite a few years now and I would not leave the store without it. I have used it to save a great deal of money. It is definitely well worth the cost!

Thos worked out great. I searched for appliances and the cost of installation and haul away of the old products. This was by far the best value. It is the least expensive and provides the most services and protection.

The Geek Squad have each been kind and helpful in getting me acquainted with the new iPhone I purchased. The drive I have to make to Best Buy is worth the help I receive.
