The techs on the phone are not knowledgeable enough to be techs. When you have to speak to them on the phone, good luck with that. I spent several hours with them trying to get my combo printer, scanner, fax connected to my brand new PC and they could not get it done. Next day my local tech, within 15 minutes, got it done. Why do I need incompetent techs from the Geek Squad?
