Because I purchased a membership when I bought my new laptop, I feel confident that I can ask questions and get technical help whenever I need it!

There are quite a few scammy things about this plan and there is a near zero chance it will end up being worth the money. First of all. They show a total savings tally in your dashboard. This is fake. You’ll notice when you checkout as a Total member that they actually raise the price of every item by a little bit over what they normally charge and then lower it back to the actual price to show a “savings”. It’s a lie and it’s weird to me they haven’t been sued for it. Second. They charge a service fee for claims. If your TV breaks, it’s an additional $100 to have it looked at, so now you’ve paid $460 for the protection plan on that TV. I buy a ton of tech, and build a lot of PCs, and I’ve prioritized Best Buy for the last couple years. Even at that level of shopping with them, this plan has come nowhere near being worth the money. Other big retailers (the biggest) have better value protection services that are less of a hassle and don’t change their terms for the worse constantly.

Great for product protection and free installation whenever you purchase a tv. I was able to save money on the tv installation price since I brought the membership.

Honestly! The membership was awesome and more than worth!

Get the membership! If something goes wrong with a product you can return it and if they have to ship the exchange it’s free shipping! Just so many nice benefits with it— it’s well worth it!

It’s very convenient I just don’t like the price or it would get five stars. The fact that everything is automatically insured just for having the membership is very nice.

Haven’t been a member for long but Geek Squad and the team have been a huge help when I had pc problems

I was skeptical to buy a membership at first, but the unlimited Geek Squad services sold me. They will even help with devices that were not bought through best buy! Great value!

Stop thinking about it and Just get it! Wort it if you shop there often. I get all of my electronics from BB. So defenetly a must for me.

This was well worth the money. Every body I delt with, on line and in the store were great. Really liked working with them ironing out the kinks in my computer so it runs better than a Rolex.

Love have my membership. It is a good value. Best Buy is the way to go. Great customer service. Always very helpful and knowledgeable.

I normally do not buy additional warranties. However the fact that I am not great with computers I chose to have it set up by geek squad. So if I have future issues or questions I can get help.

The Totaltech team is great all around, everything from computer setup to SmartTV debugging. All for one yearly price. Computer consultation services can be arranged for in home at a reasonable extra cost.

I have had my yearly subscription for years now and I can’t express how satisfied I am with the services ! Attentive, efficient, timely and much more .

Love their customer service and their return policy is wonderful if you aren't a member you need to be!

You just never know when something may go wrong & trust me, it will! This insurance is reasonable when you break down the cost for everything it covers. We love it!
