This plan was well worth in setting up MS 365. My geek squad helper spent over an hour making sure 365 and several othervprograms were set up correctly. Thanks Best Buy.

This membership is a good deal. And helps with a lot of services with ur device year round not needing to always look for a technician when you have Best Buy.

We purchased the membership to assist with installation costs for the new refrigerator, dishwasher, range, and vent hood. The refrigerator shelf is bowing. The vent hood 'needed' additional electrical outlet (at an additional, on-the-spot cost) even though there was an existing outlet within cord length - less than 2 feet - of the new outlet. We felt fleeced. The membership is way too expensive to only last a year.

A really great service to have when it comes to troubleshooting and finding help on the devices that I have. And save's me money when problems arise and not having to get a new device / product.

Useful in case you ever need to return a defective product

I’ve already gotten my value back in the savings from price matching and the insurance on my devices alone. Highly recommend it if you’re purchasing high dollar electronics.
