    I didn't request a refund or cancelation of my membership and they have the transcripts to prove it but wont give me back my membership because of an incompetent employee

    When ever I have a computer issue I get online and pull up GeekSquad and they take over and fix my problem. I've had Total Tech membership for years. It's worth getting!

    I honestly never really used this and didn't even know I bought it. I don't think it is necessary. I will not be buying again.

    Have has the membership for a little over a year. Some discounts are ok. While the peace of mind for the warranties is good, the first time I had to take an item in for service it was a HUGE hassle. Geek Squad is not helpful at all, therefore I don't think it makes this membership worth it.

    2 week simple screen repair turned into robbery

    What was supposed to be a 2 week laptop repair ended up with me having no laptop 2 and a half months and buying an entirely new one. So the tracking status got jacked up I called multiple times and nobody could find my laptop so i went in store and still nobody had my laptop. I get a call a week later saying they found it in the back. I pick it up but i get home to realise the only thing not broken on the laptop was the screen. After a week of struggling and finding more and more bugs I bring it back in. They tried charging me $70 to ship it back out for repair and I denied them that. I told them I want an entirely new laptop because I need my laptop for college and work. they tried to deny me because it was past 2 months but I ended up convincing them to let me trade in for another one because they f'd up. They had nothing in stock but downgrades but they tell me I can return it for full price and buy something else within the next 60 days. A month later I'm ready to upgrade and they tell me my laptop has a trade in value only of $170 of the $600 laptop because my total membership was canceled. So ofcourse I sell the laptop myself and bought a new one with NO TOTAL MEMBERSHIP because it's a scam.

    It does give you some good perks, but it is also pretty expensive. Some of the perks should be given even without the annual membership.

    We had the total Plan when they covered install And haul off of appliances. It was a great plan that is no longer offered.
