Me personally, I got two year warranty when I boight my laptop. I was getting new deals almost everyday. Most deals were significant good way to save money.

I really miss the feature where Geek Squad would come and do installations. I really needed that a couple of years ago, and appreciated it, but it is no longer part of the package, diminishing its value. I really only have it now because we have sooo many Apple devices.

so far so good. I used it to install a mount and to place a TV up. I am gonna use it to put in the air conditioners next.

This membership is the best, discounted prices on certain products every week, free protection for devices i own and 24 hr tech support over the phone and geek squad services can be free or discounted prices.

Membership was worth the cost when it came with perks. Now it is just a paid membership for discounted rates on perks that were previously free. Not worth the price

I've had TotalTech for a few years. I've used it multiple times both for inhouse services and having them come to install appliances for me. Always have been timely and very informative.

The membership is great. They supply installation of pc upgrades for free so if your upgrade is doa and purchased from best buy you dont have to deal with return/teplacement.

This total protection plan saved me a lot of money on my computer repair and hard drive purchase. I’m also pleased that it will keep helping issues.
