The Membership is worth it when you make big purchases. If you are not spending a few thousand a year I would not recommend it.

If you shop at Best buy alot. Its 100% worth being a member.

I have this plan and find it’s worth the money. The plan should be bi-yearly for the price. It’s nice to be able to get your items serviced with ease.

The staff was patient and helpful. It’s reassuring to know that all my devices are covered.

IT WAS A GOOD DEAL, BUT WHEN GEEK SQUAD PUT THERE HANDS ON MY APPLE WHERE, THE COMPUTER DID NOT WORK ANYMORE, HAD TO RETURN IT AND REDO THE WHOLE PROCESS OF ANIT VIRUS, VERY UNHAPPY WITH MY APPLE LAP TOP PURCHASE, BUT FINALLY BEST BUY GAVE ME ANOTHER ONE, AND THEN SOLD THE DEFECTIVE ONE TO SOMEONE ELSE, JUST KICKING THE CAN DOWN.

After chatting with Best Buy help 2 days, Best Buy Tech at store fixed problem in 15 minutes!

This membership is the best thing about Best Buy! It is the reason I buy all my other products from them. I know that if anything went wrong with them or any other product in my home, Best Buy's Geek Squad would help me fix it or tell me what I need to do to get it to be fixed.

While I have had good things to say about this membership in the past, I am going to have to let you know how disappointed I am with it this time around. Not being able to have Geek Squad come out and set up the unit for me without charging me an extra $186 is stupid. I

I signed up for this program when it first became available and find that it is worth every penny. I would not purchase a product without being covered under the my Best Buy total program!!!

I was hesitant to purchase this initially but once I found out it will cover current and future tech items I realized the cost savings. This purchase was a great investment.

Absolutely GREAT. The plan made Bestbuy the only place to shop. I would give 5 stars but Bestbuy is taking away the delivery and installation which will make this plan virtually worthless. We bought several things because of it. We bought a stove, refrigerator, washer and dryer, they were all delivered and set up free of charge. We purchased a big screen TV, along with a wall mount, sound bar and Govee light, Best Buy delivered, wall mounted it and set it up. We had a automatic start installed in my car and a stereo and back up camera installed in my husband's truck. We also brought several other items that had covered protection under the Total Tech plan such as 2 cell phones, microwave, vacuum, echo show just to mention a few. All this was done without out paying extra. We had planned on buying another washer, dryer, security camera and lighting, cordless vacuum, another automatic start and 2 more smart phones (probably S23 ultras) but with the Total Tech gone we are back to shopping for the best deals.

Very good service, I'm very pleased with my membership

This membership is a great value and we truly use it all of the time. From installations to troubleshooting, this service is well worth the price. Not to mention, that the Best Buy staff always treats me with such professionalism.

The Geek Squad was very helpful in helping us get our new computer set up. It is comforting to know our purchase is protected.

The Ninja Food processor , Blender ect. Is fantastic!
