My sales rep was amazing… I think he’s name was David? Very knowledgeable and helped sign me up for my total care plan , that got me an awesome upgrade to my already awesome tv, which Ari helped me with. I transitioned from a 55” to a 65” easier than I ever thought possible.

Took in my laptop for a checkup since it was running slow & had some malware. Geek Squad discovered a bad hard drive, replaced it with new one they had in stock. Laptop now loads faster than when it was new and got rid of a lot of bloatware. Thanks U-Guys.

The way it’s done now makes it easy just to buy things in store and know that it’s already covered. Product easy to find in the system and since I only buy my electronics here, once something is needing attention I make an appointment or just swing in and it’s done.

This is worth EVERY PENNY!!!! Having unlimited access to computer help is wonderful. Geek Squad is amazing. The employees at Best Buy/Geek Squad here in Lynchburg VA are so helpful EVERY TIME I shop. So grateful for them.

We have had this membership for several years and it has always paid for itself every year in terms of Geek Squad services for our several devices. Plus it is always good to know that Geek Squad are only a call away and are always helpful and professional.

Caden at the Springfield location was incredible. He took care of me receiving my new Dell desktop computer. He was patient and answered all of my questions and provided exceptional service. He took care of everything I needed. I appreciated his kind and professional service.

This membership is hooked to outsourced intervention, (re: South America ) in my case, and is extremely hard, and nearly impossible, to be placed in touch with the service agent that was originally hands on with my phone assessment, at Best Buy in Leominster Massachusetts. I paid for the membership thinking it would be a great access to, hands on, technical assistance. You can't just simply call the Leominster store. And the two persons, I spoke with on the phone recently to attempt making contact, actually lied to me about access. I had called to inquire about fake emails I am receiving from outside sources with exactly the amount I paid for my membership demanding 2 year payment for the exact amount I Paid. SO IT IS OBVIOUS BEST BUY IS SHARING OUR INFORMATION with secondary outsourcing. I am disappointed and am reporting this to the Federal Government for fraud.

It was a very reasonable addition to the cost of having malicious malware/software removed from my laptop computer. I may not need to use it for this in the future, but it gives me peace of mind that if something goes wrong within the next year I won't have that inital/upfront cost to have it looked at and fixed. I haven't had a chance to read and find out the additional advantages/features/perks it offers; and even if I don't use any of them in the upcoming year it's worth the peace of mind it is giving me.

I can not rant enough about this! I have always used AT&T’s “protection” plan for years. Until I needed to use it and got charges an extra $300 for a fix on the Z fold flip screen. Then after it was sent in, we got a refurbished, different color phone. Once I switched to Best Buy total, I have NO worries that the will protect my devices and services! Will never go back to using any type of insurance or protection plans from AT&T!!!

The unlimited Geek Squad protection alone can justify the annual fee for anyone who buys high-ticket items regularly. However, for casual shoppers or those who don’t buy electronics often, the membership may not be worth the cost.

geek squad was amazing with the job done on my desktop and laptop computers. Also the technician was so explicit when I return to pick up these items. Very polite and knowledgeable. Very well recommend them to others

Peace of mind and able to breathe easier. My mother was a victum of identiy theft, scared and already so much financial loss-I felt it was hard to see what our next step should be. When my laptop became sluggish the Geek Squad was able to clean it up and restore it to its normal speed and productivity. The Geek Squad is impossible to reach by phone, and the appointment system is strained - too many customers and not enough Geeks. I waited 3 days to get my laptop back which seemed lengthy, but I am happy with the outcome.

I am very pleased with this membership. After losing my partner suddenly who was brilliant at technology along with many other attributes, I was lost. Someone mentioned trying out Geek Squad and to date I've always been very pleased with any and all my technical needs.

I really learned how important having a membership is at Bestbuy. I had to have my computer serviced 3 times. So I save about 300 dollars. This paid for my membership very fast. So yes I would recommend the membership

I joined because I had a problem. I was hacked and my computer froze. Geek Squad fif a quick review and assured they could fix. They called me the next day and everything was fixed. I am happy that I sought their help

I took the year total service plan because I moved from a 2015 laptop to a New one. I wanted to be able to get help as well as have a protection plan for a year. I have had to use the Geek Squad 2 times and am loving the help. If you are moving to a whole new system, the total protection plan is the way to go. Would recommend it.

I am glad I got this because I am going to buy other electronics from them, so I just buy this one time to cover everything. I am excited to buy another item from Best Buy. Also, the staff were very helpful, friendly, and informative. I am glad that I went to them!!

We have enjoyed this membership because of their response to Helping in the home. Also, we have taken our computers several times to have them update or help with problems that we don’t quite understand. Also, when we have a possibility of an attack or spam, we can go in and be relieved after they have gone through our computers.
