If you have a membership it is good, I found most products lasted more than two years. Which I expect, some last a lot longer like my TV, it’s been good for 10 years so far.

Some of the systems were down and I was able to get the full support while I was there. He told me how to load the new Microsoft Office software at home. May come back to the store for additional support as I have 10 months left on my membership.

This is a great value. We bought 2 new laptops to replace our old one. Had the software added to both laptops. Bought a new thumb drive. So we can update a laptop when we get to our second location. No more need to keep bringing laptop from location to location.
