I’ve bought 4 new TVs this year alone, this membership gives you warranties on everything for 2 years and longer return windows. You also get special pricing. It’s worth every penny.

This membership was recommended when purchasing 2 mobile phones. The discounts paid the membership itself. Now I have full coverage for phones but many other hardware I have purchased (Eero 6+, Printer, others), and service & maintenance is covered (fortunately, products have been working well). Big benefit are members only discounts, which in my opinion, pay the membership every year. So......Good value and insurance.

The membership is a tremendous life support for everyone who is not computer savy. The Geek squad members are always such a delight as they gently guide and educate us alone the way of surviving the computer world. THANK YOU, Best Buy for a wonderful program.

Geek Squad is great, but only one person working during the holidays. I made an appointment, but still had to wait 45 minutes.

a little bit pricey if you dont shop at best buy a lot not worth it. also doesnt give you a warning email when its about to charge for your renewal

I bought multiple item form BB. With this plan I got 2 years warranty for the items. Service is very good. BB replaced my TV when it started fading on the bottom. No hassle replacement.

This membership has saved me so much money. I love that all of our apple devices purchased at the same time or after we bought the membership are automatically covered with the apple care plus coverage. Worth the money.

It’s mid so far . My rewards haven’t kicked in and I’ve purchased like two weeks ago … Best Buy phone customer service is not that great had an awful experience doing price match with their highest membership … still turned me down I had to go to the store …

I have never been so satisfied with a warranty program as the Best Buy Total membership. Besides the extended warranty and free help desk, it also includes 2 years of Apple Care if you buy your Iphone there. That alone covers the cost of the program. Also, I recently saved over $200 on a sound bar purchase just for having the membership
