I have real value with this membership including Geek Squad which has been my life saver many times over the years!

My computer’s OS crashed right before I meant to start a new job, ratherthan spend $150 on an OS reinstall, it was $179.99 and I have a year where they’ll help with any electronic issues I have for free and I get other discounts too.

If you shop at Best buy alot. Its 100% worth being a member.

This membership was payed itself after having to fix up my pc. Great knowledgeable people helped me out very quickly.

It's actually really good, it's basically already paid for itself. The daily member discounts are pretty good. I'd definitely recommend this if you like shopping at best buy.

While I have had good things to say about this membership in the past, I am going to have to let you know how disappointed I am with it this time around. Not being able to have Geek Squad come out and set up the unit for me without charging me an extra $186 is stupid. I

The Membership is worth it when you make big purchases. If you are not spending a few thousand a year I would not recommend it.

The comfort and peace of mind this program provides is priceless. The technicians that have visited my home have always been prompt and professional. Originally I was a hard "no!" Anytime I was offered a paid membership to anything. I purchased a relatively expensive sound system, and it was on sale for total members so I decided to give it a chance and get the membership as well. I'm glad I did. This membership has paid for itself 3 times this past year. My daughter got her laptop screen replaced after she dripped it. I saved about 300 dollars on price matches since you have 60 days to do it. Add the 2 year protection and extended warranty that comes with purchases and you have an incredible value. I'll always have this membership as long as it's offered. I'm sold. I'll always have this membership.

I am glad I purchases the Best Buy Membership. There were a few concerns that I had when I initially purchased the MacBook Air. The experts were were able to assist me in solving the concerns.

I have this plan and find it’s worth the money. The plan should be bi-yearly for the price. It’s nice to be able to get your items serviced with ease.
