I LOVE my Samsung QLED TV!!!! I got the 50 inch and it's perfect for my family room!!!! What a difference having an excellent quality TV makes!!!! I got a great sale price and am good for any price adjustments for 2 months!! You can't beat a deal like that!!!! Thank you Best Buy!!!!

If you buy a lot of tech, or have a bigger family to funnel purchases through Best Buy its worth it. As an individual that doesn't chase all of the technology I feel its a marginal value. The warranties are nice, but you end up spending much more for them than you would just buying them outright (when they aren't paywalled behind best buy total), or when they make sense to buy at all. The pricing is ok, but typically price matching amazon still results in lower prices on mainstream items.

Its a bit pricey but definitely worth it if you are buying big ticket items! We have used our Total Tech many times when it comes to home appliances and even our phones and screen protectors!

My membership has already come in handy. I used it to get my new laptop all set up. I enjoy having the security to know if something happens with my tech, I have a place to take it to get looked at and fixed.

I purchase this because im building my first PC. If something goes sideways i have Geek squad for help sand with the extended return window i though this would nice to have.

I’m a retired professional who USED TO BE up on the latest Tech of “my era.” However, “tech” has roared past me, and I now find myself sometimes perplexed by my “tech.” Total Tech Membership allows me not to feel guilty when I need LOTS of help with one of my many pieces of tech equipment.

It includes Geek Squad protection on almost everything you buy while a member. For people who buy MacBooks, iPhones, and appliances in the same year, this is an incredible value. It also includes 24/7 tech support.

To be honest, I signed up for a discount… I’ve actually had a very complex year with all of my technology lol. I’ve had my laptop crash and computer is malfunction and having this has been really useful this year. Personally, I think it is overpriced, but I have definitely gotten mymoney back with all of the repairs and services that I’ve used with it. But the gentleman who helped me set it up was not nice at all. Definitely lied about how it works and the cancellation policy but does not matter anymore because I have actually found to take good use for it. Five stars for the product and zero stars for the employee that help sign me up.

This membership will save me from having to have any hassle of paying more for a repair from my laptop to any item I buy, it is covered and I get some peace of mind knowing I dont have to worry about things if they go wonky.

I have been renewing my Best Buy Total membership each year and plan on continuing to do so because they're always there for me when I need them for any of the products that I need to bring in for help one way or another. And they have excellent members in the Geek Squad, that can solve my problems so quickly and explain everything to me. They are certainly a blessing to those like myself that are not very familiar with all the electronics as they are. I've been going to Best Buy for many years. And plan on continuing with any kind of item that you sell. But I have to admit, this is the best Total Membership of any kind i've ever had. Thank you Best Buy for this wonderful membership. And for having terrific equipment for so many different needs.

I had a great experience with a representative named Jordan who was truly gifted and had customer service as her work theme. I am pleased with the product which is so much faster than my old outdated system.

Great service I had computer issues from a different company and got help from other sources with no help geek squad helped with a problem I had for months worth every penny.

The membership is a great value, I have used it and it is efficient and quick. The Geek Squad it great. I prefer the Northridge Best Buy peeps.

I love geek, it is so helpful and they are on point. The technicians are very polite. They will work with you until the problem(s) are solved.

Tech help by phone, on site and even at home is covered in this invaluable membership. In one phone call a question can be answered, a problem solved or an appointment with the Geek Squad at your Best Buy can be scheduled. We have had and used this service for years--never disappointed!

The Best Buy total membership is one of the Best Purchases on the market today, bar none. Help and support are available by knowledgeable employees 24/7, so there is no need to panic. No waiting for stores to open or ‘the specialist in that area’ to return, etc. Drop off is a good service, also. Appointments are nice as well - saving time and gasoline. These I refer to as one-and-done. When a trip to the store is necessary, it is a pleasant experience because there is a nice atmosphere, employees are smiling and and welcoming, and have a willingness to be helpful, rather than just standing around like some stores offer.
