The membership has already paid for itself. I had several issues. I visited the geek squad several times over the span of five days. They were extremely helpful and resolved all of my issues. The geek squad was helpful in selecting a new computer since my old one was outdated and needed serious updates which my old computer could not handle.

I have been delighted with the customer service - ie the professionalism of the attendees in the Geek Squad in the State College, PA store. This autumn, the helpers - male and female were comfortable with themselves and the public, knowledgeable and were open to questions and repeated explaining. I purchased a total tech package in response to my good experience.

This membership is valuable I can't recommend the Best Buy membership enough—it's been one of the smartest investments I've made all year! The value you get for the price is outstanding and has completely changed how I shop for electronics and appliances.

Outstanding in-store (Salem, NH) Geek Squad/Customer Service. Ray took the time to understand my needs ad made several suggestions on possible options. I was positively impressed with his knowledge and description of my options. Ray also waited on me more recently on another technical matter (also at the Salem, NH store) and once again he took the time to listen and suggest possible actions. Outstanding effort on his part. Well worth the investment if you shop at best buy. Ive been a member for years off and on. The only downfall is the membership used to offer tv mounting free with purchase from best buy but apparently consumers wrongly took advantage of this benefit. I hope best buy reinstates this benefit if you have proof of purchase

I’m a big fan of the Total Membership. I have experienced a failure of headphones and a Blu Ray player. All of which were replaced promptly. Also I bought some higher end audio and tv equipment and with that their installation services. I would rate that top notch and very helpful with follow up calls and visits.

I have always appreciated the benefits of my membership. Over the years with the expert service for my televisions, computers and all other electronics and appliances in Miami, San Jose, and now Waynesville NC. My most recent purchase of a washer and dryer delivery had the service people wearing shoe coverings and checking that everything worked and stayed to explain all the features and how to use them with my new appliances.

I really missed the old total tech.Such amazing thing to offer back in twenty twenty I had no complaints out of it.I don't like the new way on, did it?But I see y'all finally fix some of the loopholes you put in there.Good job on that part wink wink

This membership may be a good value, time will tell...I was not told until after I committed to the membership by having my Card swiped....I may have reconsidered had I know of the High Price with this option and the automatic reaccuring yearly charges...I believe all info should be given up front so the proposed member feels he is tgruly entering into a valid partnership...Leaves a hollow feeling after the fact...

Best Buy total plus not only gives you discounts on certain items and member special only pricing but covers all your devices for up to 24 months. The only issue I’ve had is with TVs and manufacturer warranties that you have to go through if the product is within one year and fails. Those manufacturer warranties are not as good so caveat emptor on things like TVs displays and any Apple products that need to be serviced directly through Apple. Otherwise pretty much everything else if it breaks they’ll either replace it or give you a gift card with the price you paid for the item so still well worth it.

I have my computer serviced by Best Buy, to me it's very reliable and have been using them for a few years, I will never go to any other facility to have work done on my computer, never know what information they will be trying to retrieve, so I trust BB, because IF anything should arise or happen THEN I know by whom, So I do trust BB and will continue to use them and for any other electronic purchase. My daughter also just purchased a GE washer and Dryer, and she can't wait to get it home delivered. THANK YOU BB!

Look, if you shop at Best Buy. You Best Buy the Membership! You cover your car, home and boats. Why wouldn't you cover all your electronics?! The Geek Squad staff is welcoming and they explain the process from start to finish.

Drake was so extremely helpful in educating my husband and me about the benefits of Total membership including the warranty and support services. We have purchased multiple appliances and several entertainment pieces with him.

I love having the best buy protection as they covrr anhthing I buy from them. I have actually had to use this twice and had no issues at all, way better then going through normal warranties. Thia is a must have with all electronics! Mucrowave, cell phones, mp3, ipad, labtops, tvs all what I have bought at verizon.

Having coverage on our appliances is a blessing as when something goes out it normally cost an arm and a leg to repair where we just have to buy a new one so this coverage has been great to have and I have used it with a washing machine and ended up paying nothing out-of-pocket.

I am very pleased to have the Best Buy Total membership ! The personnel at Best Buy are very professional and dedicated to my needs ! i am looking forward to the future shopping that I will enjoy at Best Buy and Geek Squad !

This membership has been a life saver for me. Especially the 24/7 access to the Geek Squad. I am not a computer expert and I need technical support quite often. They provide excellent service, are very professional, and always fix my problems (on all my devices.) My membership fee saves me money. If I had to pay separately for every time I needed technical help, I would be broke! I highley recomend this membership.

I was not sure about the Best Buy Total membership at first, but I am so glad I made the choice to sign up. The membership has already paid for itself as each item I purchase automatically comes with a warranty. Had I purchased these warranties separately for all the items I bought, I would have paid much much more. Highly recommend getting this membership!!! There are so many perks to having this
