The Membership is good, but the agent was rude when I picked up my computer. I did not remember the color of my computer, and it took them a long time to find it. And when I want to make sure it work. he said my 20 minutes were up. This was the 2nd time that I brought in the computer, and the 1st time they told me it was good, but it was not. I am in a customer service business and would never treat a customer loke that/

I had a great experience shopping at the Best Buy in Port Richey. The staff was friendly, helpful, and patient in answering all my questions. The store was well-organized, and it was easy to find what I needed. Checkout was quick and smooth, and my purchase has been working perfectly so far. I’d definitely come back here for future purchases and recommend this location to others.

The membership has saved me so much money. If something goes wrong with your product, they are very helpful. I buy all my electronics from Best Buy and I am very happy with the service and membership.

If you buy a lot of tech, or have a bigger family to funnel purchases through Best Buy its worth it. As an individual that doesn't chase all of the technology I feel its a marginal value. The warranties are nice, but you end up spending much more for them than you would just buying them outright (when they aren't paywalled behind best buy total), or when they make sense to buy at all. The pricing is ok, but typically price matching amazon still results in lower prices on mainstream items.

Don t know much about the membership. I left the store without the geek squad appointment i requested and have no idea about what i get as i told the sales person my husband had just died a veteran and i needed a reliable way to handle V A coraspondance i got office 365. I hope has some kind of protection for the lsp top. Its taken me 4 days to add my pay accounts to it. So i guess i really don t know if its a good deal or if i was just up sold because i was a woman who lost her husband.

Member prices are great. I have not had to use the Geek Squad except to set up the new computer, but they were wonderful to work with. The customer phone support is TERRIBLE though.

I have been pleasantly surprised by the customer service that is available and how helpful the staff have been over chat. But what most surprised me was that the deals that are offered being a member are outstanding. I signed up for Best Buy’s Total Plan, and it’s been completely worth it. The biggest benefit for me has been the extended warranty and protection. it gives me peace of mind knowing my devices are covered beyond the manufacturer’s warranty. On top of that, the free Geek Squad support is super helpful. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed help setting something up, I’ve been able to get quick and reliable assistance.

So far, a great investment. They transferred all my data from old laptop to new one perfectly. Then about a week later, I had trouble with a software installation and they fixed it free of charge as part of the agreement in about 10 minutes. Great service tech, very friendly and competent.

perfect for worry free transfer of all my info from old computer to new one. worth every penny as my old computer was 11 years old and i needed help with all the new features on my new HP. scheduled a learning session and it was so helpful.

I renewed my membership because I had a really bad issue where a gaming pc had to be sent out for repair (motherboard) after 6 months of ownership. The PC came back looking like it was chewed up and dropped. Best Buy gave me a full cried for the original price. I was shocked and thankful.

This is actually a very good service, nice to know that everything I buy here is covered. I wish it wasn’t capped at two years, I had to buy extended apple care for my Macboom Air BUT it’s lasted 5 years.

I have always bought all my electronics at BEST BUY.. its a security to find knowledgeable people and get great prices and KNOW all your products are protected!! We have so many things from BB ... I hope they don't succumb to the demise of brick and mortar stores like everyone else.

I brought my computer in and thought it was going to cost me and take me forever to get it fixed. In the middle of a move it was stressful. The best buy crew were awesome and got my computer up and running with no problem.

I appreciate both their honesty and professionalism. I feel confident that they will meet any future needs and have already recommended them to a few friends.

If you shop at best buy very often or if you have a business where most of your expenses go on electronics, i definitely recommend this membership!! Overall very worth it and good deals all year round!

It was worth the purchase price considering that I needed help switching data from one computer to the new one and had issues setting the new computer up once I got home. I was able to access help remotely through Greek Squad.
