I use it a lot. It makes me feel protected from problems.

Worth every penny. Just need to keep renewing if you want this to be extended and covering the full 2 years. But I bought so many appliances and apple products during this time so it was a good deal. It’s essentially apple care for one price vs paying everytime.

Needed a washer, dryer, and washer dryer combo setup, and Totaltech paid for itself on that purchase alone because of the 2 year protection plans on each appliance, and installation on all three at no additional charge. Every device I purchase that's eligible for a protection plan is now covered at Best Buy.

The techs did a wonderful job. They called ahead of time, showed up on time, hooked up our new soundbar, and instructed me in it's use. They took all the boxes and wrappings with them. Very friendly and made the install a nice experience. We feel like we really get our money's worth with Total Tech Support.

Great service that has saved us a ton of money on recent mounting of TVs and device installation. They are equally willing to provide assistance with both items purchased at Best Buy and other vendors. Really glad we purchased this service.

This is usually not able to be performed unless a tech is set out to my home. I would rather have remote help work all the time, yet it has never worked since I have had the support.

Had been very pleased with support until I called with a refrigerator issue. I was told there was no technician appointments for 3 months out! No other support was provided, I was told to call Samsung.

We purchased total tech in Jun 2021 to use for an over the hood microwave installation and that went great. The guys were in and out in 10mins; however, we’ve used it for three additional installations since. Every single time we’ve been asked us to pay additional money because we don’t have the right fittings or this is too big or too small. Every last one. It’s always been cash only and $80 additional dollars. We complained to BB about it but this seems to be a real issue.

Worth it for large purchases and installations. But expensive if you don’t plan on utilizing it. I found it a little complicated/annoyto stop auto renewal.

Although I haven't had reason to use GS for quite some time, purchase of a new laptop created quite a problem (my fault). After numerous visits to the GS at BB, finally got problem straightened out. All has been well, and every GS associate was exceptionally kind and respectful toward me, and helpful.

Best buy was very helpful during this membership .

I'm so glad I have totaltech support, it's 100% worth it, I have purchased a few TV's a smart thermostat and Ring door bell and just for having totaltech support, I was able to get all my electronic items installed by a professional with a no cost to me for the installation. best purchase I've made.

Im glad i purchased this insurance because ive had to bring back my laptop three seperate times for the same issue. I guess a fourth trip needs to be made before my total tech runs out in December.

Needed my computer cleaned up because it was running slow and had tons of pop ups and my virus protection premium (paid for when you have totaltech ) was coming due so was talked into buying the totaltech and a free theatre room set up recommendation came with it. I really wasn't going to do the theatre room but the Sony A80J went on sale and so we went the whole 9 yards! TV, Sound Bar ,Blue Ray player, Painted the basement, new carpet, furniture etc. Have saved a ton of money on set up charges for TV sound bar speakers etc. Then our dishwasher went kaput and we bought a new dishwasher and the install was free, haul away of the old dishwasher was free, and I got a $100 gift card. I have more than paid for the totaltech. Then I have the satisfaction of knowing that any issue I might encounter in future is covered with totaltech. I have spent about $7000 at Best Buy in the past two months and totaltech might be the best $200 of the seven grand, I highly recommend this service

WOW, so thankfully when I purchased this it was the DAY before they changed the whole contract. Also BB Associates DO NOT know what is covered and what isn't!! If this was purchased before the 5th, then you have a good contract, but the TT afterwards is very expensive for what you get. The original contract was a lot better and gave you more value add. Again, the associates at BB DO NOT KNOW the contract very well, you will get many different answers to your questions. MAKE SURE YOU GET IT ALL IN WRITING!!!
