Bought it took it back after it didnf hold fhll charge

was disappointed. vaccum suction ok for daily use, but didn't do a good job with cat pet hair.

Was great when we purchased it for about 4 weeks. Then it suddenly stopped working and would not charge. Unfortunately, returning it to Best Buy was not possible at this point, and trying to schedule a repair would require driving across the bay to get it fixed. Not the level of Bissel quality I was expecting. We ended up donating this to a repair shop locally.

This product does not work. I may have purchased an item that doesn't work but I returned it and didn't replace it

Not sure what happened but it won't keep a charge. Will be bringing it back.

The vacuum gets clogged at every use. Thought it would be helpful with pet hair but it is very under powered

Not very good with pet hair. Charge does not last more than 10 min

I had to return this item because it had poor suction and was generally constantly getting clogged.

We bought the Bolt and it worked beautifully for a day, and then it... didn't work at all. We returned to Best Buy and exchanged or another. That one worked perfectly... for a week. And now we need to exchange it again. I think we're going to upgrade this time, as the Bolt seems way too fragile (and we were delicate with both models).

We were able to use it twice. The second time we could not switch it off. It ran until it quit. We charged it until the charging light went out. It would not turn on. We charged it several more times over two days. We tried the sweeper mounted in the stick and unmounted. It would never switch on. We returned it.

Weak sucton will not pick up pet hairs did not live up to its claim

This cordless vacuum by Bissell was of the worst quality possible. After using it every two weeks for about 4 months for light work only and cleaning it as recommended, the vacuum was out of order. Had to buy a decent one now (Dyson V7).

It worked for 6 days. Thankfully I was able to return it but I bought a different vacuum for the same price that is way better in terms of quality.

Stopped working after less than 30 days - first it would not turn off, then after it stopped would not turn back on. Returned product.

This vacuum seemed to work well until it died 1 month and 7 days later. I was not happy with the lengthy period of time it takes to fully charge which is about 24 hours. And the 15 minutes of time it ran was not so good either. This vacuum was nice and light and it did pick up well on hard surface and low piled carpet such as an area rug. Nice and convenient that it did not have a cord. But as of a couple days ago the vacuum died completely and would not come back on after charging for those few days. It started out acting funny the last day I used it. It would not turn off no matter what I did. It finally ran out of charge and then later would not come back on after days of charging.

The vacuum is overall really good, but for the price. Don't expect to get something amazing. The battery really doesn't last that long either.
