Battery won't charge

The handheld vacuum will still charge somewhat but it doesn't last long at all. Before the battery stoped charging I love it though! So if they can fix this issue, it will be great.

Missing Charger, Attachments
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It seems to be a great vacuum for what charge it had on it when it was bought earlier this evening, but my beef is, it was missing half the components. It did not have the crevice tool, nor did it have the pet attachment. It was also missing the charger... and I really do not wish to return to the store just to exchange this vacuum because I am laid up with a sprained knee and it would also waste gasoline. I may update this review later if possible if I am able to get something done about this.

Cheap...

Terrible product

The dust cup clogged up quickly. It works better if you empty the cup after each cleaning. Now this week it stopped working altogether and charges but won't turn on. Local authorized Bissell warranty repair shops around Wash. DC metro area all have terrible reviews on Yelp so I doubt it will be repaired successfully even though it's still under warranty. Not worth a penny of the $85 I paid for it. Never buying a Bissell vacuum again.
