Used for the 1st time today. Works good. Would be nice if it didn't fall over everytime I use the wand to get dust bunnies under the full size bed. Hose is too hard to stretch, needs to expand easier or be 2 feet longer.

Love my vacuum. Cleans very well and smells really good!!

It picks up but it does not adjust to rug height. I ended up moving it downstairs to the bar to use on low profile carpet. It doesn't really vacuum shag rugs well. Just ok.

Needed a vacuum and ended up picking this one one. Came in a few days and put it to good use. I was surprised how much dirt the vacuum picked up. The swivel gets some getting used to but comes in handy at times

The vacuum was put through quite the test when it arrived at a country home that had been unoccupied for 7 months. It proved to have good suction, and the filter was easy to clean and replace.

I bought this to replace two separate vacuums. Now I can use one to both clean my hardwood floors & my fabric sofa. The pet hair attachment works well. Only drawback is the weight, it is heavy.

This is a good vacuum for the price, the only dislike is that the vacuum is not very smooth, when you use it. My dyson dc25 is so much smoother than this but this Bissell is half the price.

It is a powerful vacuum however it was very difficult to move around. It is heavy and does not glide easily it will get you sweating. We have only used it a handful of times due to how heavy it is. I bought this model since it is specifically made for pet hair however a large amount of hair wasn’t being suctioned in and was left at the bottom of the vacuum. I would not recommend if you have more than 1 dog. The smell of Febreze filter that it comes with was very overpowering if you are sensitive to smells I would say stick the regular filter.

This vacuum really eases my mind. I have a Labrador who is constantly shedding. This vacuum is so powerful it picks up hair and grime that I didn’t even know was there until I saw the tank. Also the febreeze scent is a huge perk. Definitely worth all my money.

It was great at first, I was coming from only using like $50-80 vacuums. However, 4 months in and it seems like a piece is already broken where it connects to the base. It wobbles in a way that kind of makes me scare to use it...I feel like each time I use it now might be the last. It did get my husky's hair up better than anything I had used before but for $170 I need something that doesn't feel like its about to snap in half after 4 months.

The suction works well but for the price it is missing some VERY important features. First off why is there no light at the front?? Secondly where is there no level adjustment for different carept/tile.....the suction is strong on tile that it just kicks the dirt back before it can vacuum it...

I bought this vacuum December 2020 and the brush that picks up the pet hair is not spinning. I've cleaned the brush occasionally so that hair or anything else gets too clumped or tangled and still the brush doesn't work. I could've purchased a cheaper vacuum but I ended up wasting my money. It worked well at first but now it barely picks up anything. .

Literally one of the best vacuums I have purchased outside of a Dyson. You can literally see all the hair and fur and whatever else inside the vacuum container after each use. It’s very powerful. I highly recommend!

Three dogs... Works great to get the hair. The lift off function is great for the stairs. So far, very good... Great Value.

I love everything about this vacuum cleaner but the weight. It really gets up everything. But me carrying it up and down the stairs can be a bit much.
