I Will Never Buy Bissell Again!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this model a few years ago to replace our 10 year old Bissell Pet vacuum. Only reason being is that wheels etc. were wearing out and no parts were available. I use that as a shopvac now. This, by comparison is almost complete garbage! Build quality is poor at best. Design looks like they let the summer intern work unchecked. I am on my 5th brush as they seize up constantly and the Bissell belts go slack after about 20 hours of use and do not drive the roller/beater on a short pile rug. Complete waste of money!

Waste of money

We have a few dogs, and we’ve had to take it apart to unclog it several times. The beater brushes cant handle any carpet/rug. They stop when you pull back on the vacuum. The hair gets wrapped immediately, the canister barely holds anything IF it doesn’t get clogged first. Very disappointing.
