I love the versatility of this product. I have used it for some pretty heavy traffic areas on hard surfaces and carpet and it has done a great job. I wish I had gotten the cordless version but not sure how long the battery would have worked for me.

Very easy to use and small enough to store easily out of the way Works great at pulling up dirt from the wood flooring but doesn't really seem to pull dirt from the carpet. However this might just be due to the carpet being over 20 years old.

We’ve used on our tile floors and it’s easy to use and cleans great. Feel like it cleans way better than mopping!

Have only used twice but did its job. Cleaned the floors well and want to difficult to clean the vacuum after. Did not use the cleaner it came with, was too strongly scented. Used a different cleaner, left steaks on my floors. Overall happy with purchase.

I purchased this hoping to solve my laminate/hardwood floor cleaning issues. I really wanted this to work. It does not have the suction of the dyson. Any kind of hair gets wrapped around the cleaning roll and is a pain to get off When using it to clean the floors it leaves lines so I still have to go back over it and buff it with the Bona mop pad. Don't like the cleaning solution that comes with it. It kind of leaves a haze. If you have a bigger spill it is good to get that cleaned up right away. It is not a horrible vacuum. For a touch up clean it is ok. Not the go to for the larger deeper weekly cleaning.

Got this to help with our dog getting old and could not make it outside. Every morning getting down on our hands and knees to clean up the mess. This has made the clean up so much easier. Now months later our new rescue dog that likes to dig holes in the back yard and come in with dirty feet on the wood and tile floor this makes clean up so easy.

I love this product I don’t have time to vacuum and mop I have 3 kids one disabled 5 dogs and I live in the country so dirt all the time I can vacuum and mop at the same time and omg I will buy this all the time

Bought this because our senior dog sometimes makes a mess. How did I manage before without this? No more bending over or on my hands and knees. Cleans so well and also dries the area. Best cleaner ever.

Great product for fresh messes. My only complaints is that it clogs easily when only using as a dry vac and if mud is allowed to dry before cleaning it takes extra effort and multiple slow passes to clean it.

I love that you can vacuum and clean the floors or rugs. This works well on my carpet and ok on the flooring I have. I believe if I had a different floor I would like it a lot more.

This product is great for picking up pet hair and easy to empty.

This vacuum is strong enough to clean up after our hairy dog and can clean the floors with clean water. We have brick flooring throughout the house and this is the perfect tool to help keep our house shipshape!

We love this thing!!! I'd always heard what a great purchase this is and those people weren't lying! It picks up all the hair and makes the house smell so great! My only complaint is that it's not meant for carpet, and I didn’t realize that before I purchased it. But that's my own fault for not reading the description close enough! Still a great purchase!
