Love this mop/vacuum. I hate using a broom because debris is always left behind. I find the best way to use it is to vacuum first and then mop.

My wife really wanted one of these, but I was kind of skeptical. To my surprise it actually does a pretty good job cleaning. The only complaint is that it leaves the rug a little wet in my opinion.

This is literally the best thing for our floors. We use it 2+ times per week and with pets the ability to vacuum and mop in the same go saves us so much time. Excellent product. One note would be when buying replacement brushes be sure to get the ones from Bissell and not the off brand ones found on Amazon.

Excellent product, I had my doubts but it is amazing machine. I would highly recommend it. It is better than a mop and bucket using dirty water. It completely uses fresh water all the time so the floors are totally clean. Saves on the back by less bending over as well as you use it like a mini vacuum.

If your looking for a all in one mopping vacuum for light cleaning in smaller arieas this is perfect. It cleans my small 1000sqft hardwood area with area rugs very well and takes out light stains and pet tracks. It may leave you wishing for a slightly larger collection tank if you have a larger space. But all in all perfect for me.

This is a lightweight cleaner that works great in my one bedroom apartment. It moves easily and gave the carpet a good cleaning. Easy to take care of.

Does the vinyl flooring just right honestly. The area rug part is definitely that so don't think it's going to work on your short length carpet because it certainly didn't do that lol. Overall, it does the job I need it to as my cats yak up on my floors while I'm sleeping. For carpet, carpet, just get the spot bot. Doesn't do the same job but it works for those bad spots.

The product works great. It was not what I was looking for but it does the job well. Had to replace a Shark pet vacuum which we left in California when we moved because not enough room in our car. This was the closest thing to it.

I really like this mop/vac! It's well designed and easy to use. I like the strainer to remove the dust and hair so that it is safe to pour the dirty water down the drain.

Our home is a combo of wood and premium linoleum plank, with area rugs. This mop does fine on the linoleum and area rugs to vacuum and refresh them. Its sadly horrible on the wood. Its blotchy and uneven, I dont feel like the brushes do much for any dirt unless it can be vacuumed up. Overall I wouldnt recommend to anyone with wood if you like a nice clean floor before waxing. The cleaning cycle and cleaning the unit is easy, although I do not use the chemicals included. Background, 2 dogs, kids and an active lifestyle. Ive used this unit for the past 6 weeks, at least once a week. We were hoping for something to make cleaning more streamline without using several items to get it done more quickly. If you do not have wood floors, this unit might work great for you. But if your looking for something that scrubs a little and want clean hardwood...keep looking.

With pets, I'm constantly cleaning my floors. Would have to vacuum and then go over same space again with mop. This Bissell CrossWave cut my cleaning time in half. Not crazy with how to maintain the equipment though.

I thought my floors were clean using the steamer. NOT!!! This saves me so much time. I can vacuum and mop all in one and my floors are 100%clean. I am not spreading the germs and gook around I am actually removing it from my floors. So worth the money. No more renting carpet cleaners this does it all!!! Could not be happier.

after using for 2 weeks, we are very pleased with this vacuum. We have 2 german shepherds and this thing gobbles up all the hair with ease.

I was a bit skeptical at first whether this mop would vaccum and clean good, but to my surprise it worked as promised and was worth every penny. Highly recommended.
