Great for pet hair
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this unit to deal with an abundance of pet hair on vinyl plank and hardwood floors. It is perfect for that - particularly the wet option that does a thorough job of sucking up everything. I also like how the hair is separated from the liquid in the disposal tank. This vac has good overall suction, doing a good job of picking up the wet that is used during cleaning. It will also suck up additional liquid - where I've had to add water and scrub a bit for some spot cleaning. I like the self-cleaning mode and the battery holds up well to get a full cleaning done. I recommend!

Awesome new wet dry vac
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Never knew I would love this portable all in one system. Read the manual to get and understanding how it works. But once you do you will be very pleased. Took all of 10 mins to get it set up. You must resist the urge to use it before charging it up. I used it after a full charge. Wow it got some apple juice I spilled on purpose and let dry right up. If any one knows apple juice gets sticky. I used kn fake wood floor and kitchen flooring. Worked it magic on both. The solution last for awhile and you can do multiple rooms with it never had to put it down to recharge before done with the rooms I needed to do. Very pleased with its ease of use and cleaning job. Ps. It work's like a vacuum also On rugs too

Handy gadget!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I received this item for free in exchange for my honest review from Bissell and Best Buy. Like a lot of people, I hate cleaning…hate it. I will literally find anything else to do to avoid it. Add into that dislike for cleaning a dog that sheds like crazy and my long hair that seems to be falling out all over the place, and you’ve got a bad combination. Enter multiuse gadgets, allowing me to clean and get it over with faster than using multiple appliances for different tasks. This guy did fabulously with my laminate flooring, and cleaned my carpet really well! I did have some issues with my small area rug getting sucked up into the vac, but nothing that some fancy footwork couldn’t handle. I also would not recommend it as your sole vacuum cleaner for medium to high pile carpeted areas or for use on the stairs - I didn’t feel like there was quite as good suction on my medium pile carpet as a traditional vacuum would, but it still got quite a bit out. As for the stairs, I just couldn’t get a good grip on the vac that would allow me to do much safely on the stairs, but the stairs I did do, it cleaned the carpet really well, so maybe with some practice and getting used to maneuvering the machine is in order.

multi surface but not full on carpets...
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This thing does great for cleaning flat floors, we have hard wood floors and tile floors which it handled well and made them look cleaner. It does work on carpets but not like a carpeted room, which for this price I think I would have expected it to. It is actually pretty manageable for the weight and ease of use. It would have been nice to include a bigger bottle of solution especially if someone is spending more that $500 on this one. It also would be nice if the dirty tank was bigger to allow for longer cleaning sessions for larger homes. My floors are a little darker and the included light actually made it easier to see to make sure I was not missing anything. If you have mostly tile or hardwood floors then I would recommend this but I was dissappointed for the cost that it does not do better with fully carpetted rooms. I was happy it looks and feels like a nice device and did not leak on my floor. I recently bought a different device and it leaked once I was done cleaning and then I had to clean up the clean up. We have pugs and this was great for cleaning up after them and keeping the home clean since my daughter has allergies.

Work while it lasts not with the $$ Poor customer
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. When the machine worked I liked it. It’s convenient for a house with primarily hard floors. The suction is good, but the battery life is OK. The problem came in after less than 12 months of use it stopped dispensing water. After a lot of back and forth I did receive a replacement machine but with a different model number. Then after 3 month that machine also stopped dispensing water. After over an hour back n forth with customer service, being told to take my machine across town to a repair center they finally agreed to send another machine. Instead of sending the machine I get an email requesting my address again, and stating I will get instructions on how to send the machine back from fedex. I did not get an email, no response from customer service when I contacted them to tell them I did not get an email. Over all , I think there is a design flaw and the machine is not worth $400-$500. Better off getting a cheaper machine and replacing it when it dies.

Pretty Decent Cordless Vacuum
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this vacuum for two reasons. One, because it’s got pets and I have a dog. And two, because it’s cordless and I like that feature. So, regarding the cordless feature. I have a cordless vacuum from Bissell already. It came with two batteries and one charge seemed to be juuuuust enough to vacuum my 3 rooms. Well this one, the charge is great. The charge is enough for me to vacuum and still have battery left over. I return it to the stand, so not sure how long the charge lasts. The suction is decent. There were some instances when I had to make several passes to pick up some pieces of larger debris. I haven’t been able to test out the shampoo feature yet.

Dont recommend
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I would highly recommend going with the crosswave hydro steam corded version over this. No charge necessary which means more coverage without having to charge + more power. Cons on both units are brush makes loud sound and dirty water holder is small. Just make sure once it hits rhe max line, empty it out and suction iwith mop feat is back to 100%.

Battery life too short
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This works great and has many great features. I love the clean out feature. It has one huge drawback. I have a large kitchen and it only lasts about 20 minutes, supposed to last 30. I wish I had purchased a corded version. A future improvement would be changeable batteries like cordless tools!

Amazing!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had the corded crosswave and the tineco ifloor 3 and out of all of them this one has been the best by far! It works wonderfully and is super easy to clean. I have twin 4 year olds who constantly make a mess and this has made cleaning the messes so much easier.

Completely broke after 2 years of lite use
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Worked great at first. Then after using it a few times it started saying the dirty water was full even after emptying it. I even purchased a new dirty water bin and again it worked well for about a month then I have to try to turn it on over and over again. Recently it has completely stopped working all together. That is what brought me back to view my purchase where it asked for a review. I purchased this along with the added Best buy protection 26 months ago and both the warranty and the BB protection both just ran out. I wish I would have know about this deadline as it has been completely broken now for over 5 months. $300 floor cleaner going in the dumpster.

Well-built and works great
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This vacuum is the all-in-one solution for hard floor or rug types. All you need to do is attach the handle and place it in the charger right out of the box. The charger is super easy to use because it plugs in the wall and the vacuum just sets into the cradle for charging. It includes a cleaning solution and an extra cleaning roller. It can be used as a regular dry vacuum or you just squeeze the trigger and it sprays the cleaning solution for the roller to easily clean up messes. The dirty water tank is easy to clean and it is helpful having two rollers so one can be cleaned and dry while the other is used. Charge time only took an hour for me and the charge lasts for about 25 minutes with heavy use. It is a little heavier than a regular stick vacuum but much lighter than a full-size vacuum. I will use my regular vacuum for the carpeted areas but this one works great on rugs and any carpeted areas that have spills needing to be cleaned up. I have four cats and one dog and this is a great addition to everyday cleaning tools.

Disappointing if you have any carpet
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wanted to love this vacuum. The idea is promising and the specs are great on paper, but the execution is limited to a very specific set of circumstances. This vacuum is supposed to be for moving between different types of flooring with ease, but that simply has not been my experience. It works fantastically on hard floors (wood and linoleum), but the second it transitions to a carpeted surface it falls well, well short. The way the head is designed, there simply isn't enough clearance to effectively create suction on anything but the shortest of carpet. I can't speak to its ability to clean up pet hair, as my pets almost exclusively exist in the carpeted places of my home and don't really spend any time in the kitchen or bathrooms. I wanted to like this, but unless your home is almost exclusively hard flooring with an occasional throw or area rug, this vacuum isn't for you.

DO NOT BUY - Works great then dies.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Garbage. I've had the corded version and the cordless. Corded seemed better. Can't believe a device this expensive that it is such a piece of junk. Works great for a while then starts SUCKING, well stops sucking. Leaves the floor soaking wet with nothing in the canister. Have replaced the filters and cleaned it extensively. So disappointed. The words I want to say can't be post here. JUNK, JUNK, JUNK. DO NOT BUY WITHOUT THE PROTECTION PLAN.
