No cords, just charge, fill and go over old and new carpets. Once the dirty water reaches capacity it will automatically shut off, just clean it out. Make sure you have water and liquid in there and start again but if you run out of water, it’s not a big deal. The only time you will find it shutting off between cleaning is if it wasn’t properly charge or maybe a part was not fitted back properly in place. My carpets are old and it takes care of the job. I have pets it cleans wherever they make a mess. Just clean out all the areas as instructed.

For the first time in your life you’ll say my floors are clean and it does an excellent job on the rugs as well as making them look brand new. It is super easy to use just fill the solution container with water and cleaner and put it back in, plug it in and choose the hardwood or Rug option. Best choice for cleaning the carpets and hard floors without causing neck, or back, or hip pain.

We ordered the cordless version, and it’s been phenomenal, it cleans and vacuums so well even with two long haired dogs! The only downside we have with it is that the battery life could be longer, but it gives a nice break in between cleaning rooms!

3 years later & im just as happy with the performance as the day I bought it. We have 1 large dog, 2 cats and 2 kids. No shoes in the house but lots of inside/outside & that makes our house pretty messy. But luckily with this guy we are able to keep up on the cleaning & so far no issues!
