    Crosswave works excellent! This is my second one, but after only two months the spray function stopped working. Thankfully Bissell is so good about standing behind there products, then sent me a whole new machine in a few days!

    It worked well, but not great with pet hair. Better to vaccume first then mop. Took longer than i wanted it too, and tank filled up fast.

    This works surprisingly well! I tried it on a muddy tile floor after the dogs ran inside and it did it's job.

    My floors are CLEAN! So CLEAN! Although it took awhile because I have such a large home all with LVP throughout. I had to stop and recharge which takes awhile but also allowed for a nice break. I really like the two tanks....It lets you know when the dirty water tank if full but not when the clean water tank is empty. That's my only complaint.

    This cordless lightweight machine was worth it to no longer have to sweep and hand mop separately. Had to use turbo mode on spots and any gunk but it was able to clean up have a couple long passes with decent spray. It self cleans too. The tank and battery capacity seems just the right size for my needs.

    Worked good when it worked... I had and error code that popped up, went through all the troubleshooting, talked to a Bissell representative, disassembled... you name it I did it. Error code still persisted. Bissell said they could fix it being it is still under warranty, but the problem is I would have to find a box to ship it in and pay shipping fees. Very inconvenient and uneccessary cost when it's so new!
