I contacted their support for a guarantee claim and I have to take it to a shop to get fixed. Such a hasle. The thing is just sitting in storage collecting dust now, waste of money and time. Decided to try instead of Dyson, such a big mistake.

It’s convenient because I just got a very fluffy FUR baby (Pomeranian). My home is fairly small and I can do the entire downstairs on a single charge, but I have to empty the waste water at least once before completing.

Sadly the second one stopped charging as well. I absolutely love it when it works. I did my best to keep everything else and dry and still stopped charging on the base.

The spray for the mop does not spread evenly and the scrubber is inadequate. Basically, this machine does not do anything you need it to. I would have returned it but missed the deadline.

I wish this had rapid charger or xtra batter to buy and switch out I have 4 dogs I used it every day for week it needs help keeping up that much hair and leaves streaks of soap disappointed there too but over all it works pretty good maybe better in smaller space. Please Wk on battery for rapid charger and streaking. Other than that I like it. The vac and mop just needs some tweaks but at 500 bucks it’s a little high.

Easy to disassemble and clean. Good for an all round quick cleaner.

Leaves an inch or two out uncleaned when going along the baseboards or other objects. Like the self-cleaning feature though it is labor intensive after it has self cleaned the roller, you still have to clean the filter by hand.
