Could not getbthe error code to go away not worth the buy

6 months old and machine doesn’t work. Keeps telling me dirty water reservoir is full, but it isn’t.

Nice. Decent battery. Quality built product. Works great.

It started off amazing and now it doesn't clean anything effictive very sad!!

I bought this machine because my tineco s3 messed up, and they didn’t sell them in store. So I gave it a try. It was ok. I liked the light feature on it, and the ability to use suction only. But the battery life was not near as good as my tineco, I wasn’t able to do my house before the battery died 3/4 of the way through. And it left so much more water on the floor, even going back over it only suction it just left a ton of water. So those two things were a deal breaker for me. I returned it, and got another tineco.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Vacuum stopped working after 20 days. Best Buy said it was past the return window and Bissell said they can only send replacement parts. For the cost of this vacuum I shouldn't be having issues. Wish I could return it and get a Tineco. Will never buy from Bissell or a vacuum from Best Buy again.

This item is overpriced! I had the crosswave with the cord. Thought this would be an upgrade because of the price and that it was cordless! Huge mistake!! Battery and water capacity couldn't handle my small 800 sq foot floor area!! I changed for the cheaper Tineco floor one S3 and I'm very pleased. I'm so glad it was alot cheaper and makes mopping fun. Buy this item at your own risk!

Its not about doing the whole house for me, its so easy to use that i am much more willing to clean any area as needed, my floors can stay clean instead of waiting till theyre dirty to clean.

Im on my second one of these units. The unit constantly tells one to empty unit as it is full when it is not. Very frustrating. I keep my unit very clean a s dry everything out after washing filters and container. I know multiple other people that had these vacs and have had similar and other issues. As they said its very finicky. Way overpriced for the poor quality.

Stop working after 2 months an is now non returnable

Best ever toy! I call this my vacumop and it does exactly what it says it will. I have a revolving door for rescue dogs and so my floors are permanently disgusting and this machine has saved me!

Its honestly a great wet/dry vacuum. I only had it for 4 months and the fan broke and i had to return it. I have no idea why it broke but it did.

Stopped working after 4 months. Cannot add to smart app as QR code sticker is missing and SSID search doesn't trigger when trying to add to devices so cannot complete. Have only used like 6-7 times with no pets or heavy debris. Seems to be an issue with the fan that I now apparently will have to pay to have repaired.

Seems to be a great tool for the new LVP flooring that we just put down we have a German Shepherd so we’re anxious to see how it’s handled all of the shedding.

I really like the combo mop/vacuum function, but it can finicky. If there’s anything touching the gold pieces at all it won’t turn on and you have to wipe it down before it will function.

This vacuum really has given me problems since I got it. It’s supposed to be for pet hair but it jams up constantly. Really do not recommend.

The cleaner seems to clear well, beats sweeping and then mopping...I would have preferred that the cleaner come in bigger bottles

Absolutely love this item. Easy to use and even better that its cordless. Cleans up pet messes better than our old crosswave.

I love the fact that I can vacuum and wash the floor at the same time. It’s easy to use and easy to clean. Well worth the money!!!

In love! With two dogs, my floors are always a mess. The Bissel Crosswave makes maintenance so much easier, it’s a dream. Only con I’d say would be that you have to run the built-in clean cycle with every use, which also requires you to use up the whole tank of cleaning solution (water/Bissel cleaner mix) every time. I feel like this forces you to go through the Bissel cleaner more quickly than if you just needed it for a small spot that didn’t require the full tank. But I would highly reccomend, nonetheless!
