For 500 bucks I expected a little more. It’s just “ok”, doesn’t vacuum very well and doesn’t mop very well. Both the water and the dirty water compartments are tiny so there isn’t much area you can clean at a time

I wanted to love this item so much. The suction is amazing, the mop part is horrible. It leaves streaks so bad. Yes, I read the reviews before I bought and yes I still wanted to love this item, but I can’t return it fast enough because my heart is broken.

Terrible. I purchase this for my tile kitchen floor. It stopped spinning the second time I used it. It’s a lot of maintenance and sucks a lot of cleaning fluid. I used what it came with in 1 time(my kitchen is not that big)! I purchased an ecovac debot N8 and it’s so much better. Besides the fact it does it by itself, it cleans better! It also requires barley any maintenance.

The vacuum broke after using it for 4 times (45 days) . Bestbuy wont take it back neither will the manufacturer.never buying anything from best buy i will make sure to tell everybody i know too

I got this product around one year. It is not working now.

The first one worked great for the first few days. A week later when we went to use it again, it gave us an error light and Bissel support told us to either return it or send it in for diagnostics. (The roller wouldn't spin asif the motor died.) For 500 bucks...not sure. Got a 2nd one as a replacement but if this one so much as burps I'm returning it for a mop bucket and mop

Do not get it! The first one I got stopped working after two weeks. BestBuy replaced it for the same model since I could not return it. Two months later the new one stopped working. I called Bissell since the warranty still good. Getting someone to help me took a while. I got disconnected multiple times. Finally I got someone that gave me a list of vacuum repair shops around the city where I could take it. At the shop I found out that they have to ship it back to the company anyway. It makes not sense, but it is going to take over two weeks to get it back. Sometimes paying more for a product does not mean you are getting good quality.

Please don’t waste your money. It is nothing but problems. Despite constant maintenance ie cleaning changing contacts, contacts on dirty water tank, rollers and replacing the filter, it doesn’t change completely, every time I go to use it, I get dirty water tank errors within seconds of turning it on.

First impression: this machine cleans amazing! Love the feature with the independent clean and dirty tanks. I like the fact how there's no cables involved, and decent battery life.

Needed a new/better solution to clean up after my new puppy. Did a lot of research and this product kept coming up as the best. Works great and is easy to setup and clean.
