This Machine SUCKS! It did a great job. Easy to clean up the machine after finished with job. works well as a spot cleaner also.

This product has saved my carpet and my sanity. New puppy with pottytraining problems led to much frustration and hours of scrubbing by hand. This takes care of any accidents, as well as any spills, etc elsewhere in the house. Best purchase I've made in quite awhile. Easy to take care of too.

The tank is the major thing I'd change. Also I had to use the handheld piece to clean an area that the main brushes wouldn't get out. I was shocked because it wasn't a major stain.

I have pets, a toddler and some carpeted areas in my home including a easily stainable couch. I needed something to help keep the toddler messes and pet odor at bay. I knew i wanted an upholstery and carpet cleaner, but i was looking for one that could be portable as well. And I found IT!! also since its portable i use it to clean the carpets in my SUV from spilled messes from said toddler. Definitely worth every penny!

I love that it's so easy to take the portable part of the cleaner out to clean the car upholstery/rugs/patio furniture, etc.

This is the third Bissell cleaner I've owned. It is an excellent cleaner. Consistently lifts hidden dirt right off. Use spot cleaner treatment for tough stains. Also very good on upholstery and pet hair. If you keep it clean after use you avoid system clogs. The only thing that is a nuisance is the accessories hoses keep falling off with a slight bump.

It is light weight and easy to use. I have used it several times now. Even to spot treat.

We have several pets so we have gone through several carpet/floor vacuums over the years. We usually buy them at discount clubs and several have broken. I hope this lasts longer although I expect most appliances these days to be fairly short term unlike the old Kirby or Electrolux that lasted for years. Get used to it. Nothing lasts forever. That's why we bought the extra warranty coverage. That said, it does work very well; a bit heavy if you're trying to haul up or down stairs.

This may be the best vacuum we've purchased HOWEVER, it becomes full very quick and stops so you can empty it. UPON DISCOVERY, it is not quite full at all. Other similar vacuums have taken twice as much debris... FYI

Cleans the carpet well. Removable canister is super to use on stairs, car, patio furniture. Excellent if you have pets.

I like how easy it is to use this carpet cleaner and like how it cleans. My carpet is now cleaner than it was.

I enjoy my lift away carpet cleaner and have probably used it 7 times this year. We have two dogs and a grey carpet and it gets the job done! One tip is just to make sure you check the passage ways and hose when cleaning your carpet. With our dogs, sometimes hair would get stuck and obviously slow down the cleaning process. It leaves the house smelling clean and fresh and I love when you see the lines in the carpet, showing you how clean it really is.
