Q: Can I clean tile floors too
A: Yes, we use it on our carpets, hardwood, and ceramic tiles by the doors and in bathroom.
Q: Cleaner won't suck up water, why?
A: Oh no! The removable spot cleaner may not be on all the way or the suction gate could be in the wrong position. Give us a call and we'll get it suctioning again, 1-800-237-7691.
Q: what is the water temperature while the machine is in use
A: I use hot water. The unit keeps it hot around 150 degrees

A: Excellent question - Heatwave Technology uses the exhaust air from the motor to help maintain the temperature of the water in the clean tank. We recommend using hot but not boiling or microwaved water in the clean tank.
Q: we cannot get the hose attachment to suck up water
A: Oh no! The suction gate that changes suction from the floor to the hose could be stuck. Give us a call and we'll help you check it, 1-800-237-7691.
Q: How do we turn on the hose and brush for spots and furniture
A: You press the tab/button near the hose end and pull the hose end out to change the hand use ends or put it back into the main unit.
A: The only way the tool sprays out cold water is if the water has had time to cool down or it was filled with cold water. It is pretty good at retaining the temperature throughout its use.
Q: The specs say "all floors". Does this mean tile floors also?
A: No it only clean carpets
