I have light colored carpets & a new puppy ! This has made my home look "accident" free !

so happy we picked this one, gets the carpet super clean and also really dry when done. easy to set up and use

very easy to use, cleans nicely, you can remove the canister which makes it easy to spot clean.

We wish it had a power brush on wand attachment. Works great for small jobs. We also did our steps with it and it worked great for that.

I had a fiasco with carpet cleaning. A pro left the carpets still stained and very wet and smelly. I bought a Hoover and it broke within an hour. I rented a Rug Doctor and it did better than the pro, but not so good as the Hoover, so I researched online and ended up with this one. It did a great job of getting out the stains that the "pro" said were permanent. Did a better job than the Rug Doctor, but had to keep running to the sink to fill the tank. The smell took a little longer and finally out of desperation I used plain water and a couple ounces of white vinegar. Once it dried, the smell was pretty much gone, too. I wish it had a power brush in the attachment, but other than that, this shampooer is exactly what I needed.

Easy to use. Does a great job. Anyone could use this machine.

I bought this machine to clean my carpet since I have many pets and it cleans great. The clean and dirty tank are separate and I saw the machine get all the dirt out of my carpet. The fact that you can detach the spot cleaner to get stairs or isolated stains is very convieneint. It's all in 1! Great purchase easy to use :)

We have 4 cats and a lot of foot traffic so the carpets get pretty dirty. This took out old set in stains as well as some newly discovered ones. The hand tool worked great on the sofa and chairs. Yes the water reservoir is somewhat small, but if it was any larger it would be really heavy for my small 5' 1" self to push around.

I replaced my old Bissel shampooer with this one. Easier to use and I like having the two separate, removable, plastic water chambers rather than a water bladder and trying to dump the dirty water out from around that. Also like that the detergent goes straight into the clean water chamber rather than in a separate compartment. Lift away feature is great for small jobs and stairways.

This steam cleaner works very well. We have two dogs and a cat so our floors can get messy fast! The cleaner is quite bulky and takes some muscle to maneuver.

I have only used Bissell the Bissell carpet cleaner for the last 11 years. This one has not disappointed me. Its a professional clean without the price

This is a really good carpet cleaner for small areas. It cleans very well but does not hold a lot of water.

Good suction, easy to empty and refill. Not aquard to pull or push.

The right tool at the right time for the right price. I purchased this to allow me to clean my carpets without constant rental fees. With an older pet we are starting to have issues, i wanted to maintain our space. This cleaner more than meets the task. Only recommended improvement: provide larger solution with the original package. The system has already paid for itself through usage.

Works excellent! If you have cats or dogs that occasionally have accidents, this is a must have tool for your house. Excellent for set in stains with the hand held attachments. I use the hand held in my car worked great for getting mud stains out of my car's carpet

Very good at cleaning; have an older pet who always has had bladder leaks, so over the years have been thru many vacs. Only con is the reservoir is small; refilling quite often. Can live with this tho, as I have peace of mind that carpet is clean.

Was in the market for a carpet cleaner. I'm really glad I picked this one up out of the several I was initially looking at. Really solid and easy to use. Made just a few passes on a large rug that my pup made an accident on and it looked newer than I remember when I first purchased the rug. The only negative to the product is that its somewhat bulky for storage purposes.

The cycling is good, made my carpet clean. But left my carpet A bit damp, had to use fan to dry faster.
