If you like soaking carpets that aren't clean.

It was specifically designed for pet owners and it was on sale so I decided to give it a shot. Out of the box it was easy to put together and use. That is the end of the good stuff. I pretreated some of the dogs old accidents and started to clean. First off this machine will only clean about a 5ftx5ft section before it needs to be refilled. That is only if you don't have to concentrate on a particular spot. Second it did little to clean the pet stains it was designed to clean up. Even after going over the stains three separate times the stains and smell are still present. Took the product back to best buy for a full refund which they were happy to give me and I didn't even have to take it apart and put it back in the box. A+ for best buy but the product was not the best.

It's good...when it works

my 1st rug cleaner
