This steam cleaner really works well - keeping the water hot really helps the cleaning process. Love the lift off tank for doing stairs and furniture.

I like this cleaner for the most part. I was hoping for a bit bigger reservoir but all in all it is a good cleaner. I would recommend it to someone that has small rooms to clean.

Have only used one time. The next time I tried to use it it would not work, called Bissell because I had not bought the service warranty from Best Buy and they could not help me. Talked twice with Bissell representative who told me to take to a certified Bissell dealer. The closest one was in High Point so I had to make 2 trips there. After paying almost what I paid for the product, once again it only worked 1 time! Do NOT buy this product, gettiing ready to donate to Goodwill.

I bought this because I have pets and odors tend to get in the carpet. I did one run through and my house smelled much fresher.

I previously had a hoover steam machine and have not looked at any other brand until I had problems with it. I purchased the Bissell and just love it. I may never use anything else.

Like how refill- and waste-water tanks are two separate containers. Does not seem to be self-propelled, but not hard to push. Have only used once, but like it so far!

Does not really do a good job getting the deep cleaning. I thought it would work better then the the rental carpet cleaner but I was wrong. Should have saved my money.

I like the two separate containers for the cleaner and the dirty water. This a great improvement from the older models.

It says its good for pet hair but all it does it kick the hair balls all over my floor besides that it works great

Great if you have pets. Our old carpet cleaner never really kept the water at a warm temperature long enough to clean an small area. We love this product.

Not bad, the tank emptied a little quickly but overall good clean.

I did not had the chance to use the carpet cleaner . I'm waiting for the weather to be better but I'm sure it would do the job plus more. I can not wait !!!!

I love how easy it is to remove the water tanks and clean them out, a little heavy when you're pushing, but the job it does makes up for it to me.

We use it to clean up pet messes. Great for small stains. Love the portable function.
