This is my 2nd electric broom and I really love it

My wife is happy now and my 6 yr old daughter likes "playing" wth it.

Third sweeper! Run it until brushes are worn down.

It is ok in a pinch. It is bulky and definitely does not pick up much. I have a down blanket and it doesn't pick up feathers from the blanket. It is good for a quick light sweeping but like I said it doesn't get deep. It is also a little heavier than I expected and not as maneuverable as I would have liked.

I used it a few times at church and after several times I used it, the left wheel got stuck and would not move. I tried unscrewing the bottom part to open and possibly clean it or take hair or particles which caused the stifness of the sweeper but could not open it.

This requires one to go back and forth three or four times to get it to pick up crumbs around the breakfast table. The recharge plug is on the bottom and hard to reach. One must bend down to the floor to plug in. The overall machine is heavy too. I am planning on returning this item. It basically doesn't work on kitchen carpet.

I'm a Waiter and I purchased this vacuum, so I could vacuum my tables instead of sweeping them with a broom, which is what the restaurant I work at has always done. I never understood why we used brooms to sweep carpet but that's besides the point. The restaurant I work at is very very busy, on a wait almost all day, and we serve bread so the floor would get very messy at times. I would find myself sweeping for 30+ minutes at the end of a shift and was tired of this inefficient work. So one night I picked one of these sweepers up and charged it overnight (always charge the battery the full time the first time or it will never hold a full charge). The next night at work, the sweeper worked like a charm! I was able to finish in about 10 minutes!!! I used to have to sweep a pile of crumbs 20 times to get them all and now can pick them up with one pass! The battery DOES last an hour and charges quickly. My favorite part about this vacuum is that it is super quiet. I can vacuum my tables when guests are at the next table over. I was amazed! I let a few people use the vacuum at the end of the night and use it thru out the shift. I also use it daily at home to vacuum around the house. I've been using it about 11 months now and it still works great!!! Literally couldn't be happier! It also easily comes apart so I can carry it home in a reuseable walmart bag. The only problem I had was with the wheels getting locked up; there connected to the side brushes. I found that if you open it up and cut the rubber piece connecting the two, it worked perfect, although the side things won't spin, but it still works great. I have never wrote a review on a product before but felt I owed it to this vacuum after it's grade A performance. I would recommend it to everyone. Especially for the price!!!

Waste of money in my opinion. No powered suction. Difficult to empty the dirt container. Overall, i wish I had my money back

Received my Bissell Turbo Sweeper. However. Unable to use it. I had it plugged in for a whole day Saturday night until Sunday night and it won't charge. I called the Bissell number in the Manuel this morning and was told to use the machine until the battery runs out. I told the woman that the machine isn't working. It won't come on. She told me to call back later and hung up on me.

We have had the same model for about 4 years now and it worked fine. We purchased a new one on line that at the initial charge stopped charging after a few hours. (16 hours minimum initial charging). The charging light is supposed to be on all the time while plugged in. We gave it another try charging and the charging stopped again after a few hours! We returned the item to a Best Buy store - no complaints at all about the Best Buy experience - and bought another one on line. We encountered the same charging problem with the second sweeper, so we returned it and we gave up.

I purchased two of this product and had to return one of them immediately because the side wheel was jammed. I have not received the replacement as promised and am now waiting for a call back from customer service. The second unit has a similar problem but I am continuing to use it anyway. I will just write this off as poor customer service because of the holidays. But I will think twice before buying from Best Buy again. Disappointed.

I don’t recommend to anyone, very difficult to handle and move around. Also to remove the garbage tray is very difficult and not efficient. Anyone that has hand difficulties, I don’t recommend. The vacuum itself is very heavy. Please don’t buy.

I return within the same week of arrival. It looks like the shark cordless sweeper. Had one and it didn't last long.

The sweeper I bought would wind up strings & stuff in the side wheels which would stop sweeper from moving even though the little engine would still work. Not good for a rug that the sweeper could pull strings & threads out.

Not reliable doesn't charge well charging then dies in middle of you're cleanup not happy with this purchase don't recommend this item

This sweeper has already quit. The first day the wheels wouldn't turn. Now it's really loud and the roll will not turn. I've emailed the company with no response.

Just returned it some parts were defective. Up to now the amount was not refund to my account.

No idea where this is. Says USPS had it, says it was in Columbus 9 days ago, an hour from my house
