Vacuum is nice but it was dead and wouldn’t charge. So I did end up returning it. I would have replaced it but they didn’t have another in stock. So I got something else. I do have other bissell products that are great. I think I just had bad luck with this one.

Works fairly well.. but the smell isn't great. It always has that dog, vacuum bag smell. It is heavy, though.

Good handheld vacuum. Charge doesn’t seem to last long, but work sufficiently.

You get what you pay for. Works for small messes but not so much for pethair. If I was you I'd get a shark. Also the battery doesn't last long and takes a full day to charge right out of the box.

Perfect for quick pick ups. Works very well on the dog hair. So far has not clogged or given me any issues. Really like it - plus came with an extra filter

Its a good vacuum with good features, but the cons outweigh the benefits, the dust collection can is hard to empty and makes a mess, its does spit some stuff out when you remove the attachments too

Average battery life, average suction, perfect for the right person. I need to clean up animal hair weekly from beds and couches. I'd like more battery and more suction PERSONALLY That doesn't mean it can be perfect for it's price for someone else.

Does what its supposed to and more i feel. Gets everything from pet hair to small dust.

Have only used this a couple times so far but it does the job. Easy to use on stairs, which is why I primarily purchased it.

Makes vacuuming the myself sofa so much easier light weight very affordable and would recommend to anybody definite five star

Love this little hand vac. I’m disabled and have a German shepherd, who can’t seem to keep track of all her fur and keeps losing it every where she goes. I primarily got this for damage control to my car but I’ve found so many more uses for it that it’s already paid for itself several times over. In short blasts I can suck up the fur and debris and the attachments are all equally as handy. It empties easily and the filters are all rinseable and easy to get in and out. Great feature for dexterity issues in hands. Also, it’s very light weight and ergo dynamic. Also great for hand issues and ease of use. Especially in tight spaces. I’ve even found it to be very effective on cleaning her dog bed. The little brush attachment works great and, again, easy to remove and attach with the hands. I really like how powerful it is for what it is. Keeps me from having to get out the big one for a tiny job. Definitely no regrets here and if something happens to this one I will absolutely be replacing it with the same.

Great portable vacuum. I use it for quick pickups around the house and for keeping pet hair off my furniture.

If you have a German Shepard you know how much they shed.... Does wonders for a quick clean up after grooming

Works great and long lasting battery, it does take a while to charge though. Like it better than my Dyson.

It's ok. It gets the job done, but i was expecting more suction. Basically I have to work harder than I intended to upon purchasing this. I know that sounds lazy, but I could just use a pet roller and get quicker results. lol.

Average product but not real good at vacuuming the hardwood, good at cleaning but not at picking up the dirt.
