This is a great Gift Giver for a housewarming gift. I personally bought it to use on my hardwood floors it worked great in the sense that it comes with smells pretty good.

Works great but I would prefer more covers only comes with 2.

First time I have purchased a steam mop. Its really good to use especially with what going on now. Deep clean my floors and carpet very good

It was very hard to find a steam mop during the early months of the pandemic, I purchased and wasn't sure what to expect but love it!

Works as advertised. Could use a bit more steam though to get through the tougher stains.

I have used this unit 2 times and both times I had zero issues. It does a much better job than the shark I used to have plus it provides a constant supply of steam. Would buy again.

I love that you can adjust the steam levels, and clean floors without any worry about chemical residue. You can also purchase additional mop pads to have around.

Incredible machine. Get it you won’t regret it! The steam is really powerful. You can take the mop off and steam your couch etc

It's a good steam mop, it is just a pain getting the mop pads on and off. Coming from a Shark steam mop, it's a chore. They should have done what Shark did, and made it a hands-free quick-release pad.

The steam mop is working great. worth the price. remember to get a carpet glider to clean your carpet.

This newer model works well. It replaced another BISSELL that stopped working after 3 years. They are certainly not built to last long.

Love how clean floors are, it’s light enough and all works well except on/off switch is difficult. I have to press it several times to get in to work.

Works as intended. Comes with 2 mop cloths. Steams well and corded obviously lasts longer than battery powered mops.

Mop your floor the normal way and the steam mop it. You won't believe how much dirt was left on the floor by your regular mop. I did prefer the older model with the removable water tank but this model does a good job.

These are so great to use. I used it for a air bnb and the steam does not streak if you keep cleaning the pad. Honestly i have owned 3

I bought this awhile back and love it. Great for carpet cleaning but mainly use it for wood floor cleaning. No issues whatsoever
