    I love this steam mop works on all hard surfaces great on my tile and hardwoods makes my house smell fresh without all the chemicals.

    I like this steamer because you do not need any chemicals and it cleans good. The scrubber works great, I just wish it came with a bigger scrubber because it can be time consuming.

    I absolutely love this steamer. I have went thru 3 Hans steamer before switching to the bissell steamer and would never go back to the Haans.

    Replaced my old Shark steam mop with this Bissell and like this one much better. Very flexible mop head and it does a great job on tile.

    Best Buy service was perfect. Product broke during first day, at least one part that holds the scrubbing brush. I can still use product for main function, but disappointed in overall quality.

    Only 4 stars for now but we love it. Easy to operate with a large water tank. Heats up very fast compared to our older shark. Will update review after a few more uses.

    Heats up much hotter then the Shark I previously owned. Because of the xtra heat seems to do better job cleaning hardwood.
