    I absolutely love this steamer. I have went thru 3 Hans steamer before switching to the bissell steamer and would never go back to the Haans.

    This thing is great! Heats up fast and cleaned my hardwood floors nice. I also used it to fluff my carpet back up. By steaming the carpet the fibers in it go back to the proper height and do not look matted.

    Only 4 stars for now but we love it. Easy to operate with a large water tank. Heats up very fast compared to our older shark. Will update review after a few more uses.

    Heats up much hotter then the Shark I previously owned. Because of the xtra heat seems to do better job cleaning hardwood.
