    Does a good job cleaning and heats up quickly. The cons are that to empty any extra water when done cleaning, you have to turn the machine upside down to empty the water and there is no tray to set the machine on when done. I don't want to put a hot pad on my floor in one spot for a prolonged time so I have to lay it down across my laundry tub.

    I don’t know if I’m really giving this product a fair review. There wasn’t really any one thing specifically wrong with it, it just didn’t meet my expectations. I thought it was going to work a miracle on my laminate floors, and it didn’t. But I might just be hard on this product because I haven’t found the perfect solution yet even after the return.

    I used this for my daughter’s apartment in LA on some pretty old vinyl floors. Worked welled and saved me a lot of sweat and elbow grease.
