Worked great at first then stopped working.

However after 1 1/2 years it stopped working suddenly. I always used soft filtered water and took care of it. A bit pricey if you have to spend $100 every year for it.

Just perfect

You barely see the steam, even on the highest setting! It just seems like it’s wetting the floor rather than steaming it. I’ve used it 3 times and I am not convinced.
