Used this on our wood floors and the lustre was dull. Ended up not using this and returning it.

You would have to change and place a new pad as you complete each room. Also, hard to find the replacement pads.

Good Steam Mop, Horrible Customer Service

Best Buy was supposed to give me a $30 credit after my horrible experience in the store, but the credit was never received.

I've had better steam mops
